Remarks

College is very good but the economic aspect of our profession should be student friendly and not business minded.

Entrance Preview

As I'm a localite and a Muslim. This college is a Muslim minority college and we have many opportunities to excel here.moreover its one of the oldest colleges in Gulbarga with great doctors on both teaching and clinical department. we get a lot of patients in the KBN hospital and get many opportunities to learn different cases.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The curriculum which we are following is theory based and old. It needs to be clinically and ethically more focused on. At the end of the day, the skills have to be developed to be good at practicing medicine rather than passing theory exams. Digitalization of classes is the need of the hour.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, it provides an internship but with no stipend. The experience is informative and educational but the monetary side of the job has to improve.

Placement Experience

3.5

Placements and job opportunities are on the lesser side. if that aspect of the profession is included it will be a huge encouragement for all the graduates especially the research field. rewards will work as a driving force in the aspiring minds. Benefits are as important as satisfaction.

College Events

5

We have various co-curricular activities. Overall development is encouraged. From sports to arts various skills are appreciated which keeps the young minds active. we have various fests and athletic competitions which give the necessary relaxation.in hectic and tiring life.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Its tad on the side of expenses apart from the Tuition fees they charge heavily in the name of university fees, building fund etc. apart from 5.75 lakhs through the film we have to pay extra. This the inconvenient part and trying an aspect of our profession.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are various incentives quite helpful for the students in need whereas I'm not a benefactor. various scholarships for economically deficient.

Campus Life

2.5

The campus life is the best. Its home away from home with people from all walks of life. The infusion of various cultures and regions makes the experience the best. There is indoor games auditorium and outdoor games court and competitions are held regularly.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

The living conditions in the hostel are quite well maintained and there are absolutely no complaints about the food being provided at the mess. Proper hygiene is maintained and a variety of foods is encouraged. Proper distribution of space for sports and its quite a hospitable accommodation.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, they are very helpful as a way of encouragement and finding a comrade in the mentor. the alumni club is the mirror of our future which is inspiring

Exam Structure

Exam structure is quite good but practical aspects have to be improved and theoretical aspect of the course has to be reduced.there is a proper distribution of topics into two different papers of the individual subject. And passing the exams by 50 percent rather than 35 is required when human life depends on it.

Admission

Your minimum marks in 12th must be more than 50% in theory. after that, I wrote neet exam and through KRLM I got the seat in this college. The application form filling and everything is online except for the NEET exam. KRLM stands for Karnataka religious and linguistic minority association.

Faculty

5

They are well experienced and knowledgeable. They have the enthusiasm. I'm concerned to teach the student and develop their whole personality. They are very approachable and understanding of the problems of the students. They try their best to inculcate moral science.

Course Curriculum Overview:

curriculum is designed to be highly relevant and comprehensive for modern medical practice.Early Clinical Exposure is One of the strongest aspects of the curriculum is introducing students to patients in their very second year. The final year of the curriculum—the Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI) is effective it prepares students for the high-pressure environment of Indian healthcare, making them very capable of handling emergencies and outpatient departments (OPD ). Students feel that lectures are still too focused on passive PowerPoint presentations.Rigorous schedule, integrating "Life Skills" or "Stress Management" modules more formally into the foundation course would be helpful. The university exams (RGUHS) are generally fair but require a very high level of descriptive writing and practical precision.
