A Good quality college.

the college has good Library and book collection

We have to wear uniforms for every day and its compulsory
The parking system is really annoying for students
The college campus is very small and has no playground.

Students view on course

The subjects and syllabus are a bit tough. It is difficult to pass the final exam . The college needs to improve their Internal exam system, which is three exams per year and a Final University exam in the end .

Internship opportunities provided by the college

They have their own internship program, which is about six months of internship. The program happens in the super speciality hospital. But they do not provide any stipend. The internship is quite difficult.

Fees of the course per year

When i joined the fees was about 50000 and there were several other registration fees that come around ten thousand rupees. Nad i had to stay in hostel it was around 70000 per year . Other batchmates has different fees

Students view on campus life

There is only limited amount of functions and celebration in the college. One annual celebration which lasts for about a week is named as AURA . there os also opportunity for students to form groups and study in the library.

Facilities provided in the college hostel

The hostel is average quality and it provides cot , table, chair and water. They do not provide any bed or bucket. The food quality is pretty average and it depends on person to person. I rented a place near hostel in my final year.

Students view on faculties

The department has good faculties and teaching staff . They also has qualified clinical staff , which provides guidance in the practical areas. Some faculties are younger and some are vastly experienced in the field.

College competence

I had opportunity to join other colleges but i preferred sapthagiri due to the super speciality hospital and comparatively reasonable fees structure. The admission process is a bit confusing better to contact an agent.

Night Life

There is not much night life in the campus because it has only a hospital building and college building along with a hostel. Students hs to go out of the campus to enjoy any night life. There is several food spots near the college.

College had super speciality medical hospital.
My college provided library for studying purpose and other activities.

Dislikes

This college is too strict and has to clean shave .
The campus area is small and had no ground

Good facility hospital for pratical knowledge.

Campus is very small with the hospital in the same compound .
The college and campus is always crowded.

I only applied to the college , didn't had any other choices. My batch mates was mostly from different parts of the country. The admission process was mostly handled by trusted agency's which was easy.

Dislikes

The management is over strict , the randomly change rules and regulations
There's actually a small yearly program as college day celebration nothing more
We have to wear uniform everyday even if there's any functions

I choose this college because of the training we can get from the hospital write next to the college building. While in other college we have to pay for the internships every other day but in saptagiri it is free for internships and we also get chance to visit Ot everyday as per the schedule.

The Sapthagiri mess

Our professors and institute encourages extra curricular activities and helps us organise events. They also encourage us to participate in intercollegiate events and national and international conferences.

Dislikes

The hospital building stinks, especially the ward washrooms. There is water leakage problems in the hospital too. It is overcrowded and not properly maintained. There is shortage of equipment and medicines at times also
We do not have clean washrooms, proper water facility 24/7, or hygienic classrooms. Pigeons and other birds dirty the corridors all the time. There is water leakage problems in the college building. The benches are broken and also a physical hazard.

For my score of 535 in 2021 NEET exam, this is college I was appointed for a government seat as I could not afford a private seat. I wanted a seat in ramaiah or adichunchungiri medical college as they have better infrastructure and facilities with respect to hygiene and the environment. There would be better exposure to patients too in these colleges. If my score was a few marks more then I would have been able to join these colleges. As I had no other option, I chose this college. The admission process was average. They took a very long time to set a date for the admission. After that , they failed to inform us about the documents we needed to submit and the number of copies we needed to submit which made a huge mess during the admission process. The crowd management was bad and the office staff were rude too. Overall the communication was not good and organisation of all the work could have been better handled

The total fee of the course is INR 1.65 lac. The first-year fee of SIMSRC B.Sc. Nursing is INR 55,000. The second and third year fee of the course are also the same as the first year fee.
