Course Curriculum Overview

4

Every year we have a set of three internal assessments which assess our knowledge about the specific topics being taught and how caught up are we with the subject. The third internal mimics the final university exam pattern. This form of assessment is quite efficient and beneficial because it helps us to study on a regular basis because we need to pass two out of the three internals to gain eligibility for our final university examination. Apart from the internals we also have formative assessments after every unit of a chapter which is very beneficiary because it helps to keep topics memorised for longer durations. The difficulty of the internal examination ranges from easy to moderate, there are very rare cases of the exam to be extremely difficult.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fee depends on the rank you secure in NEET. Those who secure a rank well above the cut off rank of the college will be elgible for a givernment seat and won't need to pay more than 2lakhs per year. Those who don't make the cutoff but also that are not too far off from it are elegible for a private seat which is approximately around 10lakhs per year. Those who get a lower rank are eligible for a managaement seat whose fee ranges from 20-25lakhs per year. Since this college is in the state of karnataka, the government seats are only reserved for the citizens of karnataka only those coming from different states have to get a private or managament seat.

Campus Life

4.5

Every year the student council organises a fest. The fest includes a sports week and a cultural week. All the batches compete against each other in Football, Cricket, basketball, Throw-ball, etc. and based on their performance, they are given points. These points by the end of the fest add up and the batch with the most points would be considered the best batch of the particular year and given a trophy. The cultural week includes dancing, singing, cosplay, mad ads, JAM, fashion shows, DJ nights, etc. It is a very fun way of getting to know your seniors and making many new friends.

Admission

Eligibilty - depends on your NEET rank. Application form, fees and dates could be found on the college website and even in the administration block of the college building. The admission process could be a bit more quicker.

Faculty

5

The number of faculty members in all the departments is quite adequate. Almost all the faculty members are easy to approach and they'll always be ready to share their insights and guide you through any queries you have regarding any topics. I interact with my teachers quite often, be it doubts / mentorship for CV building / asking for cases to present/joining them or helping them with research papers.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The MBBS comprises 19 Subjects which is vast. Knowing so many things make you not only knowledgeable but also you have very important role in society. This course is filled with practical knowledge which are compulsory to get. This gives you skills which only a few people can have. So you already stand in society. The newer changes that has been made by NMC has reduced the time for studies. It was less exhausting before. Exams are properly placed and arranged . They are well divided into theories, practicals, internal examinations, certification for skills, etc. Last year has more papers now.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Doctor is a noble profession , the mere respect which we get by being doctor is one of the prime motive for me to pursuade this course Aside from physiology , anatomy and biochemistry we have a e t c o m which is a type of curriculum which is thought to us in which we learn to deal with different situations during our career and they also help us in terms of improving our communication which is very crucial In real life application . Personally for me the curriculum started on September and we had our first internals in January 2nd around March third round me and we had a final exams in August Honestly speaking MBBS is not an easy course , it is really hard, you need to understand the core, and then applied to even in theory and practical exams. concept
