iIn Hassan institute of medical sciences have best curriculum management And favulty teaching are very unique they use well prepared powerpoint presentations and they will tale our batch to experimental lab to show unique experiments and our exam level is quite difficult but manageable

In hassan institute of medical sciences after final year we were supposed to do internahip for one yaer .stayfund will be given every month at present stayfund is 30000rs there was aggrement made by college and government to do one year internship

We pay yearly 59500 and we will get scholarship of amount 55000 grom government portal . The scholarship name is state scholarship poratl of Karnataka government they will provide yearly scholarship and scholarship help to pay fee of college .Tuition fees caution fee registration fees admission fee development fees lab fee all included in 59500rs

Campus Life

In Hassan medical college have beat campus and we got hospital to learn and the classroom are huge There are 150 students for one batch and yearly once our college establish the fest and sports and other quiz competitions and conferences

Hostel Facilities

In Hassan institute medical colege separate hostel for both girls and boys In boys hostel was 7 floor buliding 1st floor for 1st year student and remaining for senior. The hostel food good and only veg no non veg but egg will be provided and hostel fee was 50000 per year including food mess cleaning electricity and water bill .In one room 3 member were alloted sufficient room size and attached bathroom are available

Admission

First i had attempted a exam called NEET UG and i got good ranking and appled counselling under KEA website My first priority was Bangalore medical college because which was best college in Karnataka but Hassan medical college is one of the of best college also and this college near to our home

Faculty

Our college Hassan institute of medical science have best faculty and best doctors well experienced i am 2nd year MBBS student we have 3 subjects pharmacology pathology and microbiology . All three subject faculty are best having best teaching skill and well experienced in teaching

Course Curriculum Overview:

curriculum is designed to be highly relevant and comprehensive for modern medical practice.Early Clinical Exposure is One of the strongest aspects of the curriculum is introducing students to patients in their very second year. The final year of the curriculum—the Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI) is effective it prepares students for the high-pressure environment of Indian healthcare, making them very capable of handling emergencies and outpatient departments (OPD ). Students feel that lectures are still too focused on passive PowerPoint presentations.Rigorous schedule, integrating "Life Skills" or "Stress Management" modules more formally into the foundation course would be helpful. The university exams (RGUHS) are generally fair but require a very high level of descriptive writing and practical precision.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the classes are taken regularly in preclinical and paraclinical subject and some of clinical subjects as well. these are slidepresentation, demonstration and group discussions. there is great learning opportunities. case discusions are done in clinical postings. integrated leaning is not much practiced and would be drawback. library timings are not suitable at all.

The latest curriculum is good and easy for students . I dreamt of becoming a doctor and thus achieved through my parents support and my hardwork(cracking NEET) So course is of 4.5yrs + 1yr of internship total 5.5yrs You get 30000/month as stipend for 1year internship

Placement Experience:

The first batch of students is passed out in this year from our college. Now they are doing their house sutgency. Besides they are preparing for their pg studies. Most of the students will opt for higher studies like MS, MD, etc. Our hospital is average with average cases. And specialty hospital construction work is going on.

To get into HIMS,you may need to secure a rank around 20000-23000 in NEET exam. You will need a eligibility certificate provided by RGUHS, payment around 2000/-. Application form will be provided by the college itself.there are no charges for application. Just reach out to the college without any delay and there will a bond scripted by a advocate of their own choice (the college staff is a greedy one) Overall you will be guided throughly by the admission officer.
