Course Curriculum Overview

5

I have chosen this course for the pay package after completing higher studies it pays good compared to a Indian average salary and is a respectable job in india, the profession also allows you to help other people

Internships Opportunities

3

There be a period of one year internship for every student after 4and half years which is compulsary and connnot be skipped as it is to be completed before granting for the certificate of your degree, there will be other opportunities u can persue if you desire but there won't be much help from faculty

Fees and Financial Aid

You should pay 141000 fees plus 30000(miscellaneous fee) hostel costs 75000 per year, the fees is same as first year it didn't increase. Management seats might cost from 1 crore to 2 crore. Private quota costs around 10 lakh per year

Campus Life

4

There will college events organised by the student body like dandiya night annual fest sports day and for freshers the freshers day you can join the student body to influence their their decision by sharing your expertise

Admission

This college was top rated college from the colleges I have applied to so I have selected this college I would have chosen some college like vydehi which is closer to home but couldn't get the cutoff marks

Faculty

3

The faculty student ratio is relatively ample.and the teachers are always approachable Don't try to antagonise the teachers as they will bear a grudge Some faculties might be rough with you if they think you are not well disciplaned There are three internals and one final exam it is relatively moderate in difficulty

Course Curriculum Overview:

curriculum is designed to be highly relevant and comprehensive for modern medical practice.Early Clinical Exposure is One of the strongest aspects of the curriculum is introducing students to patients in their very second year. The final year of the curriculum—the Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI) is effective it prepares students for the high-pressure environment of Indian healthcare, making them very capable of handling emergencies and outpatient departments (OPD ). Students feel that lectures are still too focused on passive PowerPoint presentations.Rigorous schedule, integrating "Life Skills" or "Stress Management" modules more formally into the foundation course would be helpful. The university exams (RGUHS) are generally fair but require a very high level of descriptive writing and practical precision.

I feel really blessed to treat patients and save someone's life. This made me take this field. College makes us be thorough in both theory and practical field. We have sessionals for evey 3 months and we have to take 50 percent in annual exam to clear every year. Community medicine posting helps us to interoggate with patients or any family.
