Good infrastructure, faculty and placement

The curriculum is good and gives you relevant knowledge. The major of this degree is economics so majority of subjects are related to economics, only few are of Data Science. As mentioned earlier, the module system is followed and exams are conducted every month. Timetable is made every month but changes can be made any time. This system puts less burden to students but appearing for exams every month is exhausting for some students. The exams are neither too difficult nor too easy, but one can pass if you have studied.

This university provides you with good internship opportunities. They prepare you for that such as they conduct classes for clearing your apptitude round and developing your communication skills. But when it comes to developing skills students need to make some additional efforts. Internship is compulsory at the end of the degree as per the curriculum. Mostly the roles offered in this course are of data analyst.

The placement of this campus are good. This university prepare you from every aspect which will be helpful for your placement. More than 60% of students get placed to companies. In last semster of the degree, companies come to offer you internships. The average package was 4 LPA.

Registration fees at the time of admission was 1000 INR for those who are belonging to general category. The tuition fees per semester is 70000 INR. No merit based scholarship is available in this university. However, some concession is provided to those belonging to socially backward classes.

The infrasturcture is great, everything which a student might need in his or her university is present here. Classes are well-built. Various events are held in the university, you can be a part of them too. You can join any club which you want to join, many options are available here. Those clubs organize events and activities in which you can take part. Moreover, each branch of this university has their own library, like engineering students have separate library and only engineering students are allowed to enter that library and borrow books from them.

Primarily, I choose this university because they were offering Data Science with Economics which no other institure near me was offering. Moreover, their curriculum is better comparatively. Another reason for opting this university was their placements record which is good.

The strength of students and faculty is less in BA Economics (Data Science and AI) course because this course is new. For the subjects related to Data Science, faculty from outside is hired for a specific time duration. One can easily approach faculty if one needs. Some have excellent teaching skills and the opposite is also true. Module system is followed and exams are conducted every month. Timetable is made every month but it can change at any moment. More than 60% of the students pass the exam.

The night life is also good at this university. The cafeterias are open. Students can roam freely anywhere in the campus. However, there are certain timings after which students can't be outside their hostels. There is no safety issue in the campus.
