Course Curriculum Overview
the curriculum provided is amazing as it connects well with the modern day problem solving and is very much required for higher studies or other job aspects. the curriculum provided goes hand in hand with the other IITs and NITs
Internships Opportunities
the internships provided teaches a lot of skills mostly focusing on ai ml, web development programmes.there are also in hand workshops held by the clubs which teaches robot making and self driving vehicles. The stipend amount ranges upto 20000
Placement Experience
the students are provided with good internships from 2nd year onwards and the placement cell of the college is working very efficiently to bring the best companies to the campus.the placement per year is upto 85% with some of the best companies recruiting here. the avg package is 9 lpa and the highest offered package is of 70 lpa
Fees and Financial Aid
the fee details varies according to caste categories that is 90000 per semester for general category with parents above yearly income 500000 per annum but the hostel fees is not included and is rupees 19500 per sem
Campus Life
THE campus life is the best thing here with friends becoming family there are a lot of places to explore along with some places to sit and gossip. the library provides with almost all the books required and the location of every important place is nearby which can be covered by feet.
Hostel Facilities
the rooms are three shared rooms where a beding along with almirah and study table are provided. the mess provides food 3 times a day that is breakfast , lunch and dinner.the hostel for the first year is different and you have to register in the hostel portal during admission process
Admission
I chose to study biotechnology which was a preferable field for me and the newly inaugurated research building for betterment of research and notable alumnis who are placed in some of the top companies and institutes influenced me to choose this degree here. Also it is in my home state which made it a good choice
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is a bit less but student accomodation along with the education facilities provided are awesome.Mrs Anita pal from the department of mathematics is a notable faculty who is a great teacher whose published book is also of great use.The level of exams are standard but the exams taken are very frequent
Night Life
there are certain restrictions during the first semester although from the next semester onwards there are a lot of fests held which provides a lot of enjoyment.many famous canteens such as wonder cafe,nescafe and roy restaurant are some of the best hangout spots
