The behaviour of teachers is fantastic and they care for students.
All the teachers here are experienced in their respective field.
The friendly environment here is very helpful for a student.

Dislikes

Competition is very high for getting in the college.
The infrastructure is quite old but getting repaired.
There's nothing to much to make issue for this place.

Course Curriculum Overview

The electronics engineering is booming industry nowadays and the Veermata Jijabai Technological institute is such prestigious college. They provide co-curicullar subjects to students to help students to learn apart from technical things.

Internships Opportunities

Now by the new education policy the 6th semester is for internship and there are very famous company like morgan stanley, goldman sachs , barclays etc are there in internship average stipend is across Rs. 1-1.5 lakh per month.

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fees for first year in btech in veermata technological institute in Mumbai is 85551. Tution fees is 15000 rupeesand one time payment is 2000. There is a scholarship department which helps to find various scholarships.

Campus Life

There are too many committees in college like pratibimb , rangavardhan, e-cell,enthusia and more and the library of VJTI is one of the best library I have seen.there is a sports event which is enthusi which is between January to February basically interbranch competition.

Hostel Facilities

After admission in college there is required to fill form hostel and mess facility and then there is a list of allotment in which we are able to choose room and then basic need which are required for a student is provided and quality of food in mess is quite okay.

Hostel Fee: INR 22710 per year

Admission

I applied for many top colleges but the first priority was VJTI as it is most prestigious college in Maharashtra and I got in first round of cap. For to be in this college you need to give exam named MHT-CET.

Faculty

There are two exams taken in semester first is MST(mid semester test) of 40 marks and ESE which is of 100 marks. There is TA of 20 marks. The level of exam is moderate almost all the students pass the exam but there are some which couldn't be able to pass due to some health issues or etc.

Night Life

After classes the students first of all they rest for sometime and then they go for hangout or playing in the ground and there is five garden which can be spot to roam at free time. Hostel gate are closed at 11pm and the famous in campus is canteen for there tasty food also Matunga for the famous South Indian food.

An Honest Review

Placement Experience:

The Campus placement of VNIT Nagpur is good enough. Students of 7th and 8th semesters are elegible for campus placement. Many companies visited in the campus some prominent names were google, Microsoft, amazon, Goldman Sachs, and many core companies such as bajaj, HPCL,BPCL etc. the number of offers made was 760 in 2024 and placement percentage was around 80 percent.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college are pretty good considering the Fact that mostly its the Top 2000-3000 students from Maharashtra that make it to this college. The average Package offered in the college is Around 11LPA while the highest package last year was around 48LPA. The names of the Top companies that have recruited students from my college include Adobe, Amazon and Mastercard. The placement percentage from the past few years has been above 90%. My plans after getting the Degree is either to continue my Cricket Career as a Proffesional or to become a Commercial Pilot.

My College Life Experience

I Actually don't applied for any other college my preference from first was VJTI only however I do add SPIT on my 2nd preference I don't get rejected I just choose VJTI because it has a great background than any other college also it's location is quite good to get admission students must give an exam name mht cet which is Maharashtra state common entrance test through which they get admission in my course and many other once result is out the admission has to be done through cap round cutoff for my course is between 95-99%+ile depends on various factors like reservation and etc etc overall admission process takes some days but it is worthy...Read More

Detailed and Honest Review of VJTI - One of The Oldest Engineering Colleges in India.

Talking about other colleges I applied for, I registered for JOSAA and CSAB both. Through JOSAA I got the IIT Dharwad, since I got the BS plus MS programm there I regestered for CSAB, through CSAB I secured seat into iiit Bhopal cse. Because it is a newly established iiit, it does have poor facilities. Then through CAP counselling I got seat at VJTI. Then Ieft iiit Bhopal and joined VJTI. Today I think that, the decision taken by me was absolutely right. Apart from this I also applied for IIST Thiruvananthpuram but due to my 12th board score I could not make it. VJTI makes you tough!!

Why would anyone in Mumbai will apply for any other college when VJTI which is top prefence college through CET is there. Yes, IITs are everyone's dream but beyond that I even got a birth in NIT of my choice but leaving Mumbai was definitely not worth anything.
