Review of IIIT UNA

computer science is emerging field. That's why i choose it. Curriculum includes the subjects that are helpful for dealing real world applications. Coding section should be improved . Timing and frequency of exam is good . Difficulty level should be increased in exams.

Interenship in IIIt Una is quite sorted. A full semester is dedicated for interenship and to gain work experience .Seniors usually refer juniors . IIIT una has great connection with companies and company visiting nit hamirpur also visit here.

From 7-8 semester students become eligible for campus placements . In 3-4 semester students can apply for interenship. Big companies like paypal has visited the campus . In 2024 highest package is about 32 lakhs. Nearly 70% students got placed this year. I want to become a good coder after getting the degree

My college is average type . Its infrastructure is above expectations but its fees is very high . Its tuiton fees is 100000 and 30000 is development fees. Fees is very high . MIddle class students cannot afford that much fees. Also there is no fees changement for different categories. Fees is same for every category . There is scholarship facility for category students.

Mridang is the annual fest of this college. It is celebrated in october month. Meraki is the technical fest of the college. LIbrary contains a wide range of books and journals . Yalgar is the sports event of the college . Students participate in extracurricular activities like plantation drive. Clubs are active .

There is almirah in every room for every student . There is one table and chair for each student . three students leave in a room. Meal quality is good and menu needs to be changed. Hostel registration process is simple. Hostel is located at peaceful place.

I applied for NIT kurukshetra computer Engineering Branch but my rank was far from closing rank of NIT Kurukshetra. Admission process in my college is simple. anyone can get into this college by JEE mains rank. For computer science branch general category cutoff rank is about 30000 . For ece branch it is about 50000.

faculty to student ratio is low . The faculty is very young and interactive to students .All the faculty members are very good . their way of teaching students is very good. chemistry faculty is very good . But maths faculty is changing again and again.This breaks rhythem of students. Exams are of moderate level and marking is of moderate level. 48 students out of nearly 300 students failed to clear the individual exam. Course curriculum is helpful for students.

The night life at IIIT una is as usual than any other college . It is must to enter in hostel before 10 pm and daily attendance at hostel is must. There is one canteen and one newly opened nescafe in our campus. Location is good to hangout.
