- if u do like to live in a peaceful environment iiit una will be a blessing for u it has too good infra and is situated in Himachal
- The placement support is pretty good. Most of the students get placed from here.
- The course curriculum is the most up to date curriculum in the entire country .
Dislikes
- the connectivity is poor in terms of trains.
- The city culture is quite low don't expect late night parties here.
- The academics is tougher than most of the collages.
Course Curriculum Overview
the cariculam is one of the best in the intire country. its more up to date in comaprion to the iit and nit. THe course is desined in a way to help students afterwards thier u can choose the subjects that u like.
Internships Opportunities
the internship opportunities are not much ony 50 percent students get it. most of the students got for off campus internship during the vacations. i will say its avereage only. But the internship scnene is getting better day by day.
Placement Experience
the placements are pretty good most of students get placed even the top companies like amazon and amex visits our collage for placements. the avereage package is arounf 16lpa and the maimum is around 65lpa
Fees and Financial Aid
the fees for eeach year depends on the collage it increses every time for new addmisions but for the rest of the cirse duration of those students it remains the same. Anyone can check the recent fees for the acedmic year they are taking admmision on the institutes website. i personally used to pay around 3 lakhs per year incuding the hostel mess as well as the tution fees. all the center and state government schems for scolarship are applicable.
Campus Life
Their are may clubs in this collage from litrary to enturpenurship to sports and photography. thier is infra for all the popular sports in the collage like hockey badminton tennis criket football etc.
Hostel Facilities
the meal quality is above average. a 3 seater room is provided with a balchony. it is much more affordable then renting a pg you get facilites like hot water for bathing hospital etc here. yes thier are rooms avilable locally.
Admission
I was a jee aspriant applied to only josaa counceling and got the collage according to my rank. i did not applied to any other collage bcz i knew i will get admissioon somewhere or elese in a givernment college.
Faculty
thier are two exams per semester one mid sem and the other end sem. they are moslty relevent to the carriculam. they are difficult but u will get passed for sure with some efforts. the difficulty level is moderate.
Night Life
thier are gyms cafes around and u can hangout thier the collage timing is around 9 pm but u can be out of hostel for upto 3 am. collage starts from 9am and is upto 5pm in the evening depending upon the classes.
