NITK,SURATHKAL review

The exposure that you will get after joinig this course is what influenced my decision to choose this couse. you will get chance to go for your higher studies to foreign.even you can get your job abroad through this course. my curriculum is really preparing me for real world applicants or further academic persuits as the are teaching my the things and showing how the companies work with the machines. teachers can be more friendly towards the students. It is good frequncy in which exams are being taken students get enough time to prepare for it

wellsfargo offered internship to a third year student who was from electrical brach with a stipend of 70k per month. his role was in tech team as a coder .He worked really hard and learned programing language and enhanced his skill.

From 5th semester students are eligible for campus internships. Many companies visit here every here and offer jobs such as google.amazon,meta,realiance,ola.almost every student in my college get placed. highest package was offered by google that was for 54 lakh. and average packacge here is 17 lakh. almost 95% students get placed. I am clear about my passion right now but there is more chance i will go for tech jobs

I am student at NITK,surathkal which is top college of karnatka.I paid a fee of about rupees 115000 yearly as I dont have to pay for tuition fee because my family income is below 1lakh. otherwise fee for general category student is about 11lakh for 4 year btech course.I almost have to to pay about 4.5 lakh.My college is best college.The only problem I find here is about the food only ,actually it's healthy but not taste that good.My college nirf ranking is very good that is 17th.It's even better than some so called IITs.I find my college best in case of placement even in my branch that is chemical, mine branch placement ratio is 92%.There is scholarship also avilable for all categories that is NSP provided by government.There is also other scholarship provided by different private companies such as relience,adani,birla and these scholarships are open for all.My college beauty cannot be defined in words ,its more than that.Our college has its own private beach.There is greenery all aroumd the campus.there is mostly two weather that is summer with rain and summer without rain because of the coastal area.In my college branch dostn't matter that much you can choose your path in any way like if you want to go for core jobs you can,even if you want to go for tech jobs you can do that also.Your placement is guaranteed if you have a decent cgpa and a set of skills.You can also play many sports here if you are passionate about it.I know many students who have left IIT to get into this college.In my college no ragging is allowed,There is zero tolerance to these stuffs.here proffesors are also good.The only thing I am bothered about in NITs is the home quota reservation ,I think this is the reason my college is not doing that much better which it can . There is a good gender ratio in my college.In case you are not able to avail any kind of schlarship you can also opt for loan.

there is two fest that takes place on a large scale one of which is tech and another one is cultural.here most popular fest that takes place in march is INCIDENT which is considered india's second best techfest after IIT BOMBAY mood indigo. the library here is asia's best library .So here you can get whatever books or journals youu want. there is projecter proper electricity switch everything is available for your convienance. there each and every sports available for you like basketball,cricket,badminton,table tannis,gyms are also there.There is NCC and NSS also that you can join which will offer you some credits also. there are many clubs you can join and most of them are run by senior students that helps students a lot.

Hostel facility is really good.Proper cleanliness is done.you will proper supply of water. bathroom and washroom are kept clean.you can get here hot,cold or normal water whichever you want to drink. rooms are really every person is provided a bes,table,chair ,hanger and an almirah. meal taste is not good but quality is really well it is really fresh .once in month there will be grand dinner is taken place where you get 3 types of chicken dish ,icecream,paratha,paneer,samosa,frooti and a sweet dish and biryani also. registration process for hostel is done online and it is affordable for students its not that much.

Whatever i left for this college was worth that's why i did it.firstly its placement that is very good ,its beauty. the exposure it provides to the students. I also applied for nit trichy .I wanted to have ice branch at nit trichy but this year it closed on 14k and my rank was 15k. every process will be online.to get admission in my college you must give the entrance exam jee mains and get a good score.there is no other way to make into it.Qualifying marks is about 150/300. my admission process got very smooth firstly counselling was done then seat booking via paying online and you can do your payment even after visiting your college also. my college is really good college. everyone is working hard to get into it.

As far i know about professor they are really good at teaching,so i can say here faculty can really be appreciated.Faculty to student ratio is also really good.relation between faculty and student is very good. They do listen to us.They are really helpful.My mechanical engineering faculty was reallly good whose name is abhilash singh.he taught us really way .he taught us in a really playful manner. He never let us bore.even sometime he used to give us break.it might be sounding fascinating but it is really so. So, there will be quiz 1,quiz2,then midsem and then endsem exams.Very less students fail or gets back about 1or 2.exams are moderate.couse curriculum is really relevant which will help you in getting jobs.

most amzing life is in the night in my college even beach looks more beautiful in night,there is library, gym,swimming pool,there are many night canteens and cafetaria. In first you may have some restrictions over your night out that is no going after 9. Most famous areas to hang out are: 1.beach 2.new sports complex 3.basketball court 4.main building garden and fountain
