I'm pursuing Btech in computer science.I was a computer nerd form my childhood,so the decision was clear for me for cse . I think The curriculum is preparing us very well as in today's world ai and computer language is the leading thing. The teaching method are quite good here so I can't suggest any for now . The timing of exams here are good for preparation pov and for regular too .

Internship opportunities is very low within our college but we get good intership form out campus programs . One of my friends was hired as intern for 6 months for start up last year with simple project and to learn from them .

There is campus placement in citk ,but it is not so good .As ,Only 50% students get placement for campus and the package is quite low . Form 3th year onwards you are eligible for campus placement interviews. Infosys,amul ,tata etc visited here . Amul have offered the most placements The highest package is 15 lakh apm.and the average here is 4.5 lakh amp. My plan is to study higher and complete my master in technology.

The Total amount I have paid this year including hostel fee and mess fee is Rs.71600. The tuition fee is Rs.12000 Caution fee is Rs.4000 Registration fee is Rs.1000 Admission fee is Rs.1000 Examination fee is Rs.1500 St category batchmate of mine pays Rs.45000 in a year. Rs.17000 less in comparison of what I paid. There are many scholarship are available for OBC, sc and st students in our institution.But for general student like me there are none .

My experience still now is quite amazing I can say . The life in campus is very good and there is music club and drama club ,so I have been involved in club and they are ok too but social aspects is quite low for me as the language is the new to me ,the best thing about this college is the infrastructure provided expect for sports one . We have techracy(october),estascy (febuary)and sport weeks(January )in our college yearly .

The hostel facility is good but the mess food is the worst thing here . The quality is quite poor and taste is worst I can say . The rooms in my hostel is clean and are large and we are provided bed ,table, chair,and one kabad for use with balcony for each room .so hostel is very good here with clean toilets.

I didn't apply for any other colleges .As my sister home was near and this institution is under central government guidance,I just prefer this college only . The admission process is very simple here , a student can join the institute through jee mains,citkee or all india engineering exams . For jee mains ,the cit off for general was 82 and for citkee the cutoff for general was 150 rank. The most preferred one is citkee and the jee mains .

The faculty of the institute are good ,they have a very healthy relation with students and they are very helpful too .They are also helpful in other activity along with studies. Each semester we have 2 main exams . Mid term and end term . Mid term is of 50 marks and end term is of 100 .Exam are quite hard as it's engineering college,and the passing percentage is around 80 I think.

Hangout places inside our campus are the canteen,and pool near the college library,Park near by and bodoland park . We have a gym in our campus.And few private gyms are there nearby .We have a very advanced library inside .our library is One the biggest library of northeast. The in Timing of campus is 8 pm and of Hostel is 10:30 pm ..so we can just hang inside the campus for walk or for peace.
