I gave JEE Mains and got 91% so I was not getting any good NITs. I was getting my state engineering colleges. I opted JMI over these college because it's was cheaper and provided better exposure and placement. I was denied admission to NITs because of low JM score which could have been increased if had done easy to score chapter and not wasted my time solving irrelevant material. Admission process is as follows. Firstly you have to apply for JMI counselling (forms usually comes in the month of Feb) you will be required to enter your JEE Mains registration number. Candidate will be shortlisted on the basis of their jm scores selected students need to physically report in the college for future formalities.
