Course Curriculum Overview

Course are good and it was interesting so we enjoyed that course but there was many things to do so that was not so easy we have to prepare all the things by our self and can prepare for the placement and many other things.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 14750 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee we paid yearly as 2 semester somthing 14k and this fee same for obc and ews category but for sc and st fee was 10000 and over all there was no issue with fee structure there was scholarship for the sc and st.

Campus Life

The infrastructure of cuh was very big as the praposal but that campus infrastructure only 10 percent of that so it will take time to build the complete infrastructure of that campus but as current senerio it was good

Admission

That institute was government and the fee structure was good and also fee was very nominal and I can afford that fee and one of the reason was delhi and gurgaon was near by so for any job interview we can go

Faculty

MCA was start in 2019 in this college so in start time there was all guest faculty but in 2024 all facilities are being permanent and facilities are good and not bad it just okk. The thing is that that institute was government so there was no pressure on the faculty so we have to do all the things our self

Night Life

There was not allowed to visit in the night in the campus. Library gym and all the things were closed as time so the night life very bad a student can only be in the hostel and study be self or with friends.

Experience at IGU Rewari in MCA Course

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is designed to teach the basic and fundamental subjects of computer science to students. In each subject, the difficulty level is below moderate. There are some subjects which meet the industry standards and prepare students for jobs in market. But many subjects are out-dated and their syllabus is not upto standard mark of industry requirements. There is an urgent need to update the syllabus and make it more industry demands-oriented. The teaching methods used are good but some updates can make them more better. Less focus is given on practical knowledge and labs. In each semester, you will have sessional exams two times for all 5 subjects. In each year, there are two semesters and in each semester you will havee final exams in the month of December and May.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very basic not very helpful in real world in my opinion i chose this college just because it was near my place not because of its curriculum its not that bad just as same as other tier 3 colleges. They do have extra value added courses each sem which are helpful which are mandatory to pass so everyone has to do it seriously the college is overall very strict so that does help for certain students to study as their is no as such criteria for admission here so the students here dont really care about studying but because of the strictness they do learn somewhat. Timing of exams and frequency is okayish as they keep us engaged with all the assignments and tests but yeah i do get time for self study so its balanced.

Roadmap to CUH

I applied to DU and even in BHU and also got selected in both but the problem was with hostel facilities as i cant afford to get into a pg also other reason to choose this collage is this course i am doing is worth it to choose CUH over DU and BHU. I had around 93%ile in JEE, ~4K rank in TS-EAMCET and, 2.5K rank in AP-EAMCET (general category Telangana Homestate), and I also got into Manipal,VIT & SRM (all CS branches), I landed decent colleges with CS branches, but in the end I was gonna choose B.Tech in IT in Andhra University, But I decided to choose Central University of Haryana as I wanted exposure of North India and the culture here. Plus it's a government university (as govt unis are highly valued in India) and the fees is very low 30k INR/semester in tuition fee is very affordable, even Andhra University was good, but I wanted a cultural shift to be able to know the world better. Most Engineering admissions only require you to have best JEE mains and advanced test scores, they don't need anything else, no extra-curriculars, nothing, so you've gotta be the best rat in this artificial rat race to make it into best colleges....Read More
