The Happening College

For now I'm only in 2nd year, 1st was basically a common year for all departments so it wasn't tht serious, but from 2nd year we actually have important subjects like OS, Design thinking, java and dsa, which I think is very helpful at this point of time. The difficulty level is obviously more coz we have internals every month.

As I'm in 2nd year I really haven't been exposed to the internship side of my department, thats gonna start for me after 4th sem where our department proctors and teachers are gonna guide us to what we can apply and avail the internships, for now as I've heard there's this company which does take a lot of bulk hiring of interns in our department which I don't recall the name...

As I got my admission through kcet the annual fees for me is 1.1 lacs, it's comparatively affordable if u consider the management quota fees which is 5 lacs for the same course. In addition to that they take 5k for every year as exam fees. And you can always apply for scholarships provided by the state, who provide with a commendable amount of money

I have involved my self with the literary club of our college where they go for festings in different other colleges, there are other clubs as well like, dancing, management, music, drama, content etc where you enjoy regardless and meet new and exciting people which is the most beautiful part. For me the first year was very happening as I had gone to multiple fests and participated in events such as dance, football, fashion etc and made a lot of friends.

Our college had a very good campus and when I visited the campus before admissions, they had a pretty good student life coz I saw a group of students performing in the amphi, and also the placement record was good. I didn't want to go to a nerdish college like rv where there is no student life, also I didn't wanna go to bms coz their campus was small.

The faculty to student ratio is 1 to 65, the faculty student relationship is good only if you want to keep it good, I really liked our maths teacher in the first sem coz he used to be linient in corrections. I didn't like the OS Teacher of this sem coz she targets me alot. there are 3 internals every sem and around the third internals they keep all the assignments and quiz submission and after 3 internals they keep a sem end exam

I wouldn't say there is nightlife but there a plenty cafes like stop n joy, eat n drinkz gopizza and a lot of small eateries where the food is pretty cheap and tasty as well, there is not such aesthetic cafes or a place to hang around nearby college, but there's forum mall 4 kms from college.
