Course Curriculum Overview

4

I think the curriculum in good . For first year we all have same curriculum all Cs , Electriccal biotech etc have same curriculum. Which is the basic skills for all students. For eg a biotech students gets to know python language and so on

Placement Experience

4

I don't know much about this scene as I am a first year student. But as I have heard that in tech there a basic package of 20 lpa that almost every decent person gets . Doesn't matter from which branch he is In core field there is a lack of placement

Fees and Financial Aid

I give 1.14 lakh per sem in academic fee and 35k in mess fee per sem . For those whose yearly income is less than 5 lakh they give 35k per sem for academic For those whose yearly income is less than 1 lakh they give 0 academic fee 35 k mess fee is compulsory

Campus Life

4

The campus life is not that good as other old iits and this is not that big . But the city life is very good The infrastructure is very good ,the classroom are very good spacious and good lighting, The extracurricular are bets in the country I think . There are events very frequently. For debat , dance ,music .

Hostel Facilities

4

You would get a wooden bed ke 6*3 feet without mattress a chair a table a mirror and an alimrah The mess menu is quit good ,have a very good variety. But the quality is so so . The pricing is not that affordable I think 70k a year not small for food and residential

Admission

I chose IIT Delhi because first it very close to my hometown. And the startup culture of IIT Delhi. The edc club here encourage us to start entrepreneurship and work in betterment of our society. And the reputation of IIT Delhi

Faculty

3

The faculty students ratio is not that bad I think . And the experience depands on the professer I like our maths prof debdeep ganguly he teaches us like we are in school and he ask questions to every student, that give us feel like school in college. But there are many who just read the slide for go.

Night Life

4

There's no hostel or campus in timings here in IIT Delhi. You can enter or exit at anytime But you had a few restrictions im your first month You must be present in you room at 10 pm Here in Delhi the night life is outstanding, you have clubs near campus , india gate , ambience mall and all that is very good places

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course Curriculum for ECE in my clg is quite up to date and comprehensive, covering both core subjects and emerging areas of technology, which was a major factor in my decision to choose this branch. Course has a balanced theory with practical exposure, supported by great faculties guidance and well-maintained lab conditions. Also you get to choose the type of minor or specilaization you want to pursue after 1st year. Exams are conducted regularly after each semester, and levels are same as any engineering college would have.

The placements are in good terms, many students get a placement with nice package. Students become eligible for campus placements from 3rd Semester. TCS made about 7 offers as far as I know. One can expect the highest package of 2.5crore and an average of 200000. About 80% of students gets placement because of the skills they learned wheres the rest 20% are only at college to do mischievous acts. After getting the degree, I will find a job and then after enough capital I will start my own startup.

The frequency of the exams is 2 times a year once in the month of December and once in the month of May. Internal exams (tests) are conducted in between to continuously evaluate you during the course. According to me, the exam should be conducted before itself, so that we can get more time for internship opportunities.
