What Students Say

Likes

Behavior of teachers and students is very nice.
Campus is good with a large playground in it.
Timing of the class is very compatible with every one.

Dislikes

No entry without id card which is nice but sometimes not.
Inside of most of the classrooms is not nice and clean
Some faculties are not that good as compared to others.

The course curriculum at my college is highly relevant and comprehensive. As It is always regularly updated to reflect industry trends and equips students with both foundational knowledge and specialized skills and also teaches how we keep ourselves well updateded. The balance between theoretical learning and practical application ensures that graduates are well-prepared for professional challenges in their respective fields.

Internships Opportunities

My college itself does provide intership for all course students like computer science,mathematics etc. Companies like IBM,Vipro and Tata give internships to the students and also if there internship goes very well then they also hire them permanently.

Fees Structure of this college is as follows: Per year fees for bsc(computer science)is:23700 There is also exam fees which is according to delhi University protocols i.e. upto 2000 or more depending upon the subjects and department.

Campus Life

Campus life at my college is vibrant and enriching. There are numerous clubs and student organizations, offering opportunities for personal growth and networking. The social scene is inclusive, with frequent events and activities. The infrastructure is top-notch, with modern facilities, recreational spaces, and a conducive environment for both study and relaxation, enhancing the overall college experience. Also were always events going on such as freshers party etc.

Admission

I choose this college because of the following reasons: 1.It comes under Delhi University(DU). 2.I wanted to do a computer science course. 3.I always Wanted to study in a professional college like this one.

Faculty

Some faculties members are not good but apart from that overall faculties is very nice.they support you with everything they got. My most faculties are of Computer science and biological department and also the HOD.

Night Life

My college don't have a hostel so I live in a nearby pg. Which is at a very close distance with my college. I spent my most of nightlife playing games,studying and watching anime.. My college situated in Govindpuri which has a large market with alot of shops.

A great learing experience- my college review

Course Curriculum Overview:

I didn’t get into medical college. The curriculum is not that good in my course. Practical should be more focused and research papers. Timing is just 2 hrs for core paper many students exam are left for writing in short duration

Ignou: Flexibility And Disappointment

Placement Experience:

Placements in IGNOU are quite limited compared to regular universities. Since IGNOU is an open and distance learning university, it does not have a strong campus placement system like DU or private colleges. There is a Campus Placement Cell (CPC) that conducts job fairs and recruitment drives at some regional centers, but these are not very frequent and mostly depend on the location. Usually, students who are in their final year or have completed the course can apply, but there is no fixed semester rule since the system is flexible. The companies that visit are not very large in number and vary every year. Some private firms, NGOs, BPOs, insurance companies, and small IT firms have participated in the past. The roles are generally entry-level such as sales, customer support, data entry, insurance advisor, or junior IT support. There are very limited opportunities for core mathematics or research roles through placements. As far as packages are concerned, the average package is usually around ?2.5 LPA to ?4 LPA, but since IGNOU is an open university, it cannot be expected to have the same placement levels as regular colleges with full-time classes. Also, the percentage of students placed is very small because most IGNOU students are either working professionals, homemakers, or people preparing for competitive exams, so placements are not the main focus. Many students use the degree as a qualification while pursuing their own career path outside. I am currently in my 2nd year, so I do not have personal placement experience yet. The data I have mentioned here is based on internet sources and feedback from other IGNOU students. From what I have learned, placements exist but are very limited, and one should not rely only on them for career building.

The reason for the choice of course is ofcourse personal interest also, research work in chemistry is highly interesting and also has scope in fields like chemical engineering,forensic sciences etc. The teaching methods are really good and the books prescribed are available in the libraries. Glorious last days of your life

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of my course BSc honours physics is pretty good and it provides sufficient informations in theory classes and practical labs are maintain good and teachers are actively participate in the practicals with the students to teach them more about this course. The frequency of the timing is difficult I can say that because it has many theory classes and on everyday due to which the students can't focus on the subjects and regular activities other than main course.

ANDC= The most average old school type campus life

Good for science courses but infrastructure and surrounding area is not good

I got admission to this college through cuet. I only applied to colleges of DU. Rather than ANDC I applied to Hansraj college of Delhi University but I did not get admission because my marks did not clear the cut off score of that college as Hansraj college is of North campus and has high cut off score.
