It is the best department in my view of point throughout the campus. The teacher are very helpful and humble. The department focuses on overall growth of the students which helps in the working or the professional carirer of the students .

From 4th sem the campus placement starts so sutdents gets plenty of time to prepare for placements The company being visited to the campus includes Mercedes Benz India, Maruti Suzuki, Microsoft etc Hightest package ranges upto 33 lakhs and average include upto 5lakhs College offers 100% placements except Civil My plans is to get some of the working experience with the company being placed

The scholarship is provide by government of sikkim so the fee is reduced by 40% of the total amount so that i should pay Rs88000 per sem. This scolarship is provided to all the domical holder of sikkim as the financial adi for the students of sikkim

The annual fest being held is known as Kalrav which is the one of the biggest fest organized by college. And also the biggest fest of the state and is beign organised at the Even Sem. Their are plenty of books avaliable which ranges more than 50 thousand books journals etc etc Now its all besed on practical teaching which means they teaches using all the components according to the topics The overall sport activities is being conducted at the odd sem where every kind of sport is being played Yes their are multiple kinds of clubes which serves very beinficial to the publics and the students

I was selected in for Downtown university but for my personal ease i choose to study in SMIT. No i was not being rejecte form any colleges. Due to some of my personal problems i decided to joing SMIT as wishing to study at the college situated over my own state. The one who and compled the diploma course doesn't require any kind of exam to get admission over the college But one who wants to joing after completing the scholling life should give the entrance exam conducetd by SMIT

The teachers are very helpful and very interactive so which makes them friendly with the students so that it helps in both the educational and presonal problems of the students. And its very esay to score very impressive marks if you focus in the classes.

The night life is very amazing the gyms are always being opened over the night and morning. The library is so big that you can find each and every books you wish to study and opend for 24*7 The in for night at the college area is 9 pm and in time at hostel is 11 pm which is pretty good Many sopts are located for hangout basically gangtok states capital is located near so its very amazing to good and walk or relif the stress over..
