My 4 years in SMIT was great

No bad remarks. Also, I would like to thank SMIT from my heart for giving me such a good opportunity.

Our course provides us with more practical knowledge along with theoretical and also our faculty members try their heart and soul to help us build our career. I would like to thank my all Faculty members for making my career the best one. Also, I would like to thank my seniors.

During my Course, My branch got 99% placements. Many companies like JLL, L&T elevator, Daikin and many more came for recruitment. I personally got placed in JLL along with my 24 other batch mates.

Many social activities, Fests, Events are organized every month which helps us in improving our basic knowledge, way of communication and also helps us to socialize with people. Every year the greatest fest among the whole northeast is organized in our college KAALRAV in which many other colleges also come to participate.

Our college takes a fee of RS. 3,24,000 which include hostel and mess facilities. Also, there is no extra money being requested for extra classes that are taken for competitive exams and Placements. No so much extra expenses are required as everything is provided by the college.

The scholarship program is awarded to the students who have attained 90% marks in HS exam. Also, people scoring more than 9 CGPA are given awards for their performances.

Labs are well equipped with good machinery and every semester tech fest is organized which includes all the competition including Robo wars, debates and many more. Also, many events take place continuously in which various competition takes place, various Clubs are also present which participates in many activities.

Hostel facility is very good. It has a 24×7 wifi connection and also provides us with good hygiene. Cleaning is done twice in every week and also Our chief warden Sir is really helpful regarding the hostel problems. Any problem Raised is being solved very quickly.

Our Alumni is constantly in touch with us providing us with useful advice regarding our future and Career.

Giving the SMIT online Aptitude test we can get admission to this college and the ranks of MAINS exam also helps us in getting admission to this college. Also, there is an offline test which takes place every year through which admission takes place in our college.

The faculty of our college is the best anyone could have. They try their best to make us understand any topic regarding subjects and all. They also give us extra classes for placements and competitive exams which makes us ready for our future. Thank you SMIT
