What Students Say

Likes

Infrastructure is good. The campus is good too.
Availability of cafes. Affordable food too.
Sports facility is decent. Not VERY good but yeah alright

Dislikes

Unavailability of valid resources for the course. Some topics are left out in every resource i see.
The crowd. Students in my class are alright but some students of other batches don't know how to behave.
Faculty doesn't really care if students understand the concept

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is relevant ofcourse, kinda prepares you for real world applications and further academic results. Exams are conducted frequently and are of really good level. You really have to study regularly to score good.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements are alright . I'm yet to experience but I've seen mixed reactions from the seniors. One thing i know is that you gotta grind the cgpa and work on DSA and you're good to go i guess. Seniors advice to maintain a cgpa above 8.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees is increasing. Total fees is around 10 lakhs spread over 4 years. Almost same for everyone in our batch. Lot of scholarships to avail for every kind of student. Tution fee is around 2 lakhs per year

Campus Life

I've experienced only 1 fest until now and it was good. Really enjoyable with friends. The main event, I'm yet to attend in february. The budget is really good too. Sports is alright too. Atleast the football ground is decent.

Admission

I didn't have many options to began with to be honest. Delhi Technological University was one of the best i could chose. Decent reviews from other people too and really reputed. Gotta work hard in JEE fr.

Faculty

They don't really care if we understand the concept. Neither they give us good notes. They just wanna complete the syllabus, give assignments and that's all. During exams, students are all by themselves.

Night Life

I don't really know cuz i don't live in the hostel but got to know from friends that the night life here is chiil asf. Really really good. I think I'm missing on something good really. Wish i lived in hostels fr.

Placement Experience:

The placement was not too good it was bad the main reason was like it have not in better place if student want to grab an offer he do offcampus apply so they get job .The companies visted our collage was tcs ,infosys , wipro and sometime Amazon. The highest pacakge was offers in 2020 for almost like 30LPA after that non of them get that much placement .In simple wprd you are the reason of your too get placed in companies . In our collage not fang companies offerd placement.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good especially during recession. You're eligible for placements after 3rd year. After 2nd Year you're eligible for Internships. All Big Companies like Google Microsoft Apple Goldmansachs Mckinsey etc. Highest package offered till now in 2025 is 85LPA (Atlassian) Average of CSE is 17 -18 lpa . almost 53% people get placed in 2025 (recession time). See The degree OF DTU has its value. So it gives you an edge while you go for off campus.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate here is around 70-75% on an avg in all branches and sometimes even higher. After 1st year only , multiple opportunities starts coming . After 1st year and before 2nd year , basically in summer vacation we have to do a compulsory internship (college also provides) and we are provided a credit for that . Then multiple opportunities like GOOGLE STEP ,amacon internship , etc come.

Placement Experience:

From 6 semester all students are eligible for campus placements there are almost more than 30+ companies come to make offers and don't recall the names but almost 34 lakh per annum is the highest package they offer and some lucky students also get 80 lakh per annum package almost 80 percent students get placed.

Students start interships as early as the end of 1st year. and they become eligible for campus placement in the 4th year.there are more than 25 companies which visit the college and around 100 students get placed. Highest pakage last year went around 20LPA, and average was around 9LPA.

In each sem we have to give exams twice - mid terms and end terms. They are not much difficult the level is moderate. Teaching method is also good bit sometimes they are not able to complete the syllabus

The corses are well designed And related to your curiculum evey course are relevent for student the course they provied in first sem are Math,computational thinking,Intoduction to south asia,ENG,Phy. most of collages have mechanical in their first sem where they have to do weilding ,crafting etc which have no use in course of CS.

I've only given JEE Mains and It is nearby although I've opted this from othe jac colleges because I'm getting Core Branch. DTU is best in Core branchs(esp EE ME ECE) I've also applied for IPU colleges in which I'm getting CSE branch But I prefer It DTU over any other college. Admision Process is easy You have to apply through Jac Delhi Website. Once You got the seat you have pay 95,000 confirmation fee which already included in you tution fee which you pay after verfication of documents. and all set....Read More
