Course Curriculum Overview

2

I was interested in programming in C and that influenced me to choose my course information in science and I like coding . The curriculum actually prepares for the world applications I feel like the teachers can improve in their way of teaching and by just not reading from the ppt and giving real life example and using videos in the ppt and giving more study materials which are helpful for us. We have to internals and a gap of month between each and we have a sem end exam after 4 months of the sem which is supposed to be 6 months the exams are not very difficult but it is not easy as well but aa students who studying engineering for the first time should have an idea what will come for our exams and we need assistance and guidance from our teachers to give us important questions to prepare for so that we do not fail in our exams

Fees and Financial Aid

I took admission through management Seat donation was 3 lakh and the college fees 3.95 lakh in total I have paid 7 lakh for my first year my tuition fee is 3.50 lakh and skill lab fee is 15000 academic fees is 20000 University fee is 9110 and eligibility fees 1500 my friend has who has come through cet has paid from 1.25 lakh and comed k is 2.85 lakh

Campus Life

3

I am not really enjoying my campus life but I feel I made good friends there are many annual and technical festivals like Esparanza which is an annual fest in June, antarragini is an inter department fest which happens in November it is a display of talents sports and even faculties take part in it and we have Brahmi which is a Kannada rajyotsava fest and cultural event we have hackathons. The library have accessibility to all the books and we have private study zones. The technological and faculties provision within the classroom is pretty good as the project and it is accessible by anyone. The sports and extra curricular activities offered by our campus is appreciatable as it is the only way to relieve us stress. That are many clubs in our college like dance club singing club drama club Media club podcast club eveng management club NSS and anyone can join this clubs and enjoy. it is actually a great impact on students life as it is the only stress reliever in the college

Admission

I did not apply for any other college as my kcet was not too good I joined dayanand Sagar through management seat and I chose this college over the others as the donation fees was comparatively lesser than the other colleges the admission process in our colleges pretty easy I went to the councillor and she helped us through all the admission procedures. There are entrance exams in our college

Faculty

3

The faculties are approachable I like electronic engineering faculty as she is very friendly with us she teaches good and very approachable I don't like my maths faculty as he is very rude to students and I don't like programming in C faculty as she gives us a lot of assignments and courses to complete which is not required and I don't like my Kannada faculty as she is very rude and disrespectful to students . I have two internal and one semester and exam. I have written one internal though they were difficult I manage to passed many students failed in maths chemistry electronic engineering as they were very difficult and we didn't get any proper assistance or guidance and courses relevant to the curriculum

Night Life

2

The gyms are accessible by all students and cafeteria is pretty good we also have food truck library is appreciatable and the closing time is 5:00 p.m. and the gym is accessible by the hostelers The hostel timing is 7:30 p.m. for girls and 8:00 p.m. for the boys the campus timing is from 9 to 5. The hangout places in our colleges student activities centre and outside the college we have KFC Amul et cetera and it is not really safe to roam around at night as it is very far from the city and dark

In this clg the placement are pretty like 50-60 percent only because the total students in our engineering there are 2500 students. The eligibility criteria for campus is 6.5 cgpa but in our only 1400 students will be eligible for campus placement. In 1400 there will be 650 -700 student get placed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum has the necessary subjects of the branch...It is constantly updated every year to adhere to relevancy and comphrehensiveness of the course..My department of AIML teaches us the necessary computer subjects such as Nature Inspired computing, Deep learning etc and also the Maths and Stats whch is required for machine learning is though too ( Like Maths for machine learn and statistical modellign, inferential statistics, time series analysis etc)..These subjects also have lab components which help us prepare for real-world applications. But some of the older subjects on the other hand which might be core computer science or in first year..common subjects like CAED and others are not required and outdated. The frequency and timings of exams is moderate..neither good nor bad

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th sem. The highest on campus package this year was around 64 LPA, while as far as I know, the top 20% of the students usually get offers in the 16-24LPA range. The overall placement rate is good, but results depend a lot on your skills and practice

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose electronics and communications wholeheartedly. Since my childhood, I was very interested in electronics and very humble in learning new topics in digital electronics. I was never a coding guy, so I took electronics and communications as my course. It was an easy choice for me. So class's average strength is around 65 to 70. And the faculty: student ratio is quite good. The teachers are well qualified and most of them are doctorate holders. The timetable is arranged in a manner such that there is smooth conduction of classes for all-year students. The exams are semester wise and there will be internals every month. Questions are better, you have to know little bit contents taught in classes and also from textbooks. It is easy to pass.
