- Faculty members are very good and good at teaching.
- Classrooms are air conditioned and well maintained. additionally new smart boards have been put up and white boards have been removed, this makes it convenient for students to see and also helps in sharing the notes via a qr code in pdf form
- there is a good campus placement which the college offers for students.
Dislikes
- there is actually nothing in particular that i disliked about the college
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is really good when it comes to real life point of view. it covers all aspects of the accounting and finance and as well as day to day communication and human behaviour thus helping every student. The exams conducted are also in favour of students giving them enough time to prepare for them.
Internships Opportunities
The internship opportunities havent yet been discussed with us yet because we have one more semester remaining and we are yet to be gained knowledge about it so i cant comment anything about it. But the college offers a paid internship for the student.
Placement Experience
There are campus placements that the college offers, i just dont have much knowledge about it since i have just completed 1st sem. But what i do know about it is that the atudents start getting offers from 2nd year from various companies.
Fees and Financial Aid
Currently, the fees is around 40000 per year for the course of BAF, i dont have any idea about the scholarships. coming to my batchmates, there are a few who are NRI's and for them the fee is around 100000.
Campus Life
To be honest, i am part of various clubs and committees, and we just organised a fest called 'SHOUTT' , its the biggest cultural fest of the college, it was an amazing experience looking at the crowd participation. i played a part in crowd management which comes under the 'operations' department. it was a very well organised event. We have various sports teams too and our football team is the best. i have been a part of the cricket team when i was in junior college. The BAF department along with BFM and BBI will be hosting anothe event called 'Entourage' and im too excited about it
Admission
I wanted jai hind college. i have been an inhouse student and i find the college a perfect fit for me. as it is under mumbai university, i wanted it more than any other colleges. The admission process is simple and easy for everyone.
Faculty
The faculty to student relationship is actually good and thats what i like the most about it. the faculty are always there when we need any help and are very approachable. The exams conducted are very strict in terms of paper setting. attendance plays a major role as if it falls below the average maintenance then students cannot appear for the paper and thus further actions are taken. For me, i love milind sir, his teaching i feel is the best, i love accounts and im actually happy for having a sir like him for my favourite subject
Night Life
The nightlife here is amazing, we have starbucks, naturals ice cream, burger king, mc donalds and not to forget, MARINE LINES right outside our college. It is great for people like me who love cars because its the perfect place to spot supercars. The location is the perfect spot to chill and hangout and very safe since there are police at all times near the marine lines
