Course Curriculum Overview

4

I chosed this course because it doesn't require much studies and It allows me to learn other skills and explore other opportunities. This course consist of many relevant terms of business world and allows us to understand about businesses and industries and the only thing can be improved is that they can add some on field application of these theories.

Our college also provide many internship opportuniies in big companies like Bain, Accenture, etc with huge amount of stipent like 80k, 70k.it also provides opportunities for differnet roles which helps us to explore different fields like consulting, finance, marketing, etc.

As soon the third year starts, the companies starts visiting with offers for campus placemets in our college. It consists very big companies like Bain, Accenture, Nation eith Namo, etc. According to 2024 data, more than 500 offers made by companies to students with highest package of 36 lakh and average of 8 lakh and about 50-60 % student get placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of our college is very nominal that is 31000 per year and for entire course it is 93000 without examination fee or hostel fee.DU charges examination fee every semester which will be below 2000 for courses that our college offers and in these the category concessions also provided. Our college also provide many financial assistance to needy students through different sholorships and directly as well.

4

Our College organises different events over the years and also the clubs of our college is very active. The annual event of our college is Crossroads which includes many cultural events. Our library has 2 floors and filled with many books and most of the books are availabe. Our classrooms are packed with necessary facilities like AC, projector, fans, podium, etc. Our college also have a big playground where we can play different sports and equipments are provided by college itself.

Admission

I targeted for this college from very begining and never thought about other colleges ever and also I worked hard for this college and my hardwork became fruitful and I got into this college in the first allotment. As we now most of the college take admissions based on the score of CUET which is a entrance test and I also got admission based on my CUET score. In this course you just have to appear in core subjects of commerce that is Accountancy,Business Studies and Economics and one Language. As it is a Asia's no. 1 commerce college, it also sets a high cutoffs such as above 750/800 for Reserved category and 780/800 or above for generals.

Faculty

5

Our college have enough amount of faculty for our subjects according to the strength of our college.Even I like all professors eho taught me and everyone is best in their fields. Also the exam of my course is not that tough even if you start studying one month before exams you can get average CGPA.

Interview Experience

1

As for our college there is no any interview or GD round for the admission and admission is taken on the basis of CUET score only and the subjects of cuet depends upon your course that you want to pursue.

Night Life

4

At night the campus looks very good with lighting. Our college also have a well maintained gym with necessary gym equipments but with anominal fee which is justifiable which opens at 8 AM and closed at 5 PM.Hostel students have to enter college premises before 10 PM.Also college have different hangout places to enjoy with friends like play ground, principal lawn and other.Even in night the locality is same as it is crowded with students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculam is well-structured and covers all the core subject relevant to the field . It help in building strong theroritcial knowledge but lacks enough real-world case studies and industry exposure . Exam are conducted regularly and are of moderate difficulty . Adding more project-based or skill oriented components would make the course more practical and beneficial for placements or higher studies .

Placement Experience:

When students enter 3rd year of their college , they are eligible to sit for placements but should have minimum 8 CGPA .A lot of companiess visit campus , details of companies are on the website of college. The highest placement till now is 20 Lakhs per Annum and average goes around 6-7 Lakhs per Annum. A decent percentage of students get placed. Honestly most students here are pursuing professional courses so they don't sit for placements instead continue with their courses .
