Likes
- The extracurricular is very good. The. societies in this college perform and win at the biggest events in the country.
- The teachers are very supportive. The are very learned and hail from top universities and colleges.
- Boy - Girl ratio is good. We see equal number of girls as we see boys in college
Dislikes
- The washrooms are sometimes not clean but upon telling the sweeper, he cleans
- The food in the canteen is average. The taste is good but quantity keeps changing
- The election season brings a lot of chaos in college but it is also exciting
Fees and Financial Aid
The normal fees I'm paying ranges from 10k- 12k. The fees for SC/ST quotas might be different. I am doing CS so my fees also includes Lab fees also. The more technical the course, the more you have to pay for it. There are different scholarships also like if you are from the EWS category, you can get some scholarship and the scholarships keep coming from time to time
Campus Life
Tide is the annual fest of the college. Apart from that our college holds a special theatre festival honouring the former principal Mr. Jaidev Taneja who is a very acclaimed theatre critic. Our library hosts a large varieties of books of all genres. Also our college has a lot of societies for people of different interests.
Admission
The first point being the ranking of this college on Indian ranking. The college has NIRF Ranking 6 and NAAC A++ grade. The other colleges were from north campus and they didn't match the level of my college. I didn't get rejected from any of the college's. The admission process was the standard procedure of CUET.
Faculty
We have one of the best faculties in college. The faculties are from different faces of life. Filled with experiences to share, there are very few faculties who are not PHDs. One of the physics faculty is one of the top physicists of India. The 1st and 2nd year students have to give 7 exams each semester and the 3rd year students have to give 6 exams per semester. Most of the students tend to pass the exams as they are mostly of moderate level.
Night Life
The cafeteria has a wide variety of foods of all cuisines. It is a day college so night life does not exist but the nearby area of Satya Niketan is open where theare are PGs for people of colleges of whole south campus so the nights can be happening there.
