College management is good since it is a government institution management depends upon the government rules.

Entrance Preview

I took K-CET for UG entrance in which i secured 735th rankas i was interested in medicine i took the same.

Course Curriculum Overview

Good curriculum as well as facultyfacilities required for UG studies are perfectly provided at this institution.

Internships Opportunities

I'm yet to go to internship but according to my seniors is hectic but the thing is we learn the most out of it.

Placement Experience

My placement again depends upon my PG entrance exam which i need to take up after finding my internship and risk services (in Karnataka) so its going to be along road the more you study here the more chances for you in future.

College Events

Cultural festivals are good here i enjoy them but they are not as big as engineering colleges or other big and older colleges of our stream like BMC Bangalore or BMS Bangalore.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Hostel facility is good and worth to the rent that we pay 500rs mess is run by students which comes around 2500rs, nice food everyday weekend feast and month end feast includedrating 4 out of 5.

Fees and Financial Aid

Many scholarships available for students of different castes like SC, ST, OBC and some like e-pass Indian oil scholarship etc.

Campus Life

Gender ratio 50:50 people come from different parts of Karnataka 85:15 per batch, or of which 15 are from outside the state through aipmt exams sports 2 out of 5.gym +sports ground -indoor stadium, utilities +dance and music depends upon your interest, there's scope for dance n music from external sources.

curriculum is designed to be highly relevant and comprehensive for modern medical practice.Early Clinical Exposure is One of the strongest aspects of the curriculum is introducing students to patients in their very second year. The final year of the curriculum—the Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI) is effective it prepares students for the high-pressure environment of Indian healthcare, making them very capable of handling emergencies and outpatient departments (OPD ). Students feel that lectures are still too focused on passive PowerPoint presentations.Rigorous schedule, integrating "Life Skills" or "Stress Management" modules more formally into the foundation course would be helpful. The university exams (RGUHS) are generally fair but require a very high level of descriptive writing and practical precision.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the classes are taken regularly in preclinical and paraclinical subject and some of clinical subjects as well. these are slidepresentation, demonstration and group discussions. there is great learning opportunities. case discusions are done in clinical postings. integrated leaning is not much practiced and would be drawback. library timings are not suitable at all.

We have internals once in around 3 months and we have yearly final exams. The average of the three internals is added to the final marks to declare the results. The exams are of average difficulty. Not too difficult to pass.

Placement Experience:

The first batch of students is passed out in this year from our college. Now they are doing their house sutgency. Besides they are preparing for their pg studies. Most of the students will opt for higher studies like MS, MD, etc. Our hospital is average with average cases. And specialty hospital construction work is going on.

Great coure , great college , better life

During KEA counselling I applied for numerous medical colleges some of which include Bangalore Medical College, Mysore Medical College ,Karnataka institute of Medical science ,hassan institute of Medical science, shree atal Bihari Vajpayee institute of Medical science etc. But unfortunately my rank was not enough to get into this colleges as mine was 38671 AIR . THIS IS NOT ENOUGH TO GET INTO THIS MEDICAL COLLEGES . And compared to rest of them this was a bit good and was coming under my rank range . hence I choose this vehicle college . We need to write neet exam in order to enter this college . Admission process is quite complicated as unit to confirm your identity and then submit your documents in KEA that is in Bangalore then you need to get a confirmation slip from them and then download admission order and then pay a fee of around 60100 rs...Read More
