Course Curriculum Overview
As it's a autonomous college course curriculum is little different but most of the syllabus is same as Mumbai University. The curriculum is mostly relavent and informative to the course. Difficulty level of exams are mid.
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly fee of college is around 74000 for MSc as it's not a government funded course For Bsc courses most of the courses are goverment funded so the fees is very less There is concession for ST SC OBC cast. There are also some scholarship available.
Campus Life
It's a mid size college. But in centre their is place called quad in college were students spend their most of time. Their is a yearly fest aarohan in college which is conducted in December end. Their is no hostel or anything. Their student council which have many subparts which you can join to get involved in every event of the college
Admission
Ruia is one of the best and reputed college in Mumbai. It's is famous for its studies as well as extra curricular activities and mostly students enjoy their time here. Infrastructure wise also its good
Faculty
The number of faculty is good like the faculty student ratio is good. Chemistry faculty is good teachers are considerate and understanding and teach well. There are 4 exams conducted each year 2 unit exams and sem exam which includes theory as well as practicals.
Night Life
So basically college is in Mumbai (Matunga) so outside life is also very nice and nightlife is also very fun. Many cafes malls and shops are available outside the college. Their is no hostel provided you have to go for pg or rent a room. It is very safe to roam at night. There are so many famous places around college.
