Decent pakage,this clg provies an average pakage of 10to 12 lakhs for cs whis is kinda okk compared to other clgs
All professors are well qualified, a nearly 80% of them are PhD holders the teaching is also good
There are many clubs here which you can join to explore your intrests,

Dislikes

Campus size is really small , it's about 11 acers ,
Infrastructure is not so impressive,as it's a clg started in 1946
This the intake was increased drastically so it's a bit crowded too

Course Curriculum Overview

I am now 1st year so I don't know how relatable it's gonna be but obviously 1st year is not so into the core ,but may be the further sems are so Clg is affiliated to VTU ,and follows it's curriculum whis is also followed by 80%of clgs in Karnataka

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 110000 per year

Placement Experience

Students are allowed for placement from 3rd year that is form 5th sem i think so...I heard top package of this year is 33LPA, and placements are still going on In cse nearly 90-100% of them get placed with a decent pakage

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees is 110000 for admission though kcet and if you are from gm category the exam fees was around 3.5k for gm It keeps on increasing every year, hostel fees is 2.2lakhs , Fees for skill labs is around 20k

Campus Life

Campus experience is good ,but as campus is small (11 acers ) there is nothing much to see in campus, but canteens are extremely good ,they hav good taste , clubs are also very active here it depends on your interest to participate inthe clubs and there events

Admission

It's actually a good clg and also comes in top 5 clgs in Karnataka this was the best clg i was getting for my rank so I went for it It also has strong alumini network as it was established in 1946,one year before independence

Faculty

Faculties are very interactive, and are approachable anytime , they help you with your subject well There are 3 internals in a sem and an sem end exam .out of 3 internals best 2 will be considered to give u internal marks

Night Life

As it's in Bangalore ,it hub of the country, nightlife is good ,u won't see much nightlife near the clg but is u travel around 8 to 10km from clg u will get everything you need , offcourse only thing you should bare with is traffic

My College Story

Placement Experience:

Students in my college have a very good amount of campus placements where students become eligible from the final year 7th semester however the placement cell starts training from the 1st year means 1st semester itself like training for aptitude test, coding and mock interviews. Top it companies like TCS infosys, wipro, Accenture, capgemini, cognizant, IBM, tech mahindra mind tree. The campus receives 300+ offers. The average package 8 - 10 LPA and highest package 54 LPA. Every year 90% students are placed. After my degree i am planning to higher studies in abroad.

My College Story

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is generally detailed and aligned with industry Expectations but there is still scope for modernisation in certain areas.Overall i would like to rate 8/10. The syllabus include both theoretical and multiple lab components which ensures hands on learning. The practical labs like programming work and project with learning help students understand how concepts are applied in real work places. A few theory heavy subjects feel outdated and no longer match the current industry demand this could be revised or replaced.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester, but the overall placement scenario in DSCE for CSE is below average. Not even 50% of students get placed in good companies. Most students end up getting offers from mass recruiters or in sales and non-tech roles. Only a small percentage of top performers get decent technical packages. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, and a few mid-tier companies visit the campus, but the number of high-package, core-tech roles is very limited. The average package is on the lower side compared to other top COMEDK colleges. Because of this, many students plan for higher studies, certification courses, or off-campus drives after completing the degree. The on-campus placement support definitely needs improvement, especially for technical roles.”

My Honest College Experience at CIT(Cambridge Institute of Technology)

Placement Experience:

The students who are studying in 7th semester ( final year) are eligible for campus placements but before that in 5th semester there is pre placement training like aptitude everything. Top companies visit for placement like TCS , infosys, wipro, accenture, capegemini, IBM, techmahindra, Mindtree. Average there are 150-250 offers. Average package is 7-8 lpa. The highest package is 54 lpa at botify company. 85 % of students get placed at cse branch and ai amd ml and civil 30 - 50% . Overall 80% students gets placed. My plan is join a top product based company liek google with a good life.

Great college with poor placement

Placement Experience:

Placements are the only bad thing about the college . Average ctc is only 4 lakhs per annum and only handful of students get actual placement.and rest get placed in either call center or training companies

A complete discipline with education

Placement Experience:

The placement are good average packages 8 lakhs highest packages 35 lakhs and the companies include Google ,Microsoft ,service now companies and usually internships are provided as students become eligible for internship after 3rd year percentage of students getting placement 80% my plans still not yet decided

I chose this college because I wanted to pursue CSE and this college seems to be a good option to do so. I did get rejection from a few colleges because I could crack their entrance exam.
