Course Curriculum Overview

Among the most high popolar universities in the world ranking, i am very greatful to the authority to get a chance here, many affiliated colleges are there as well as main campus highly secured and have large campuses, and also helps students with internship and many facilities

Class Size: 5Course Fees: INR 8000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Students can apply for anytype of scholarship if they are regular, West Bengal Government sponsored university, and the oldest university of india, with the course you can be called graduate and eligible for psc type exams

Campus Life

The technical site or our institution is highly secured, we observe all the celebrated days in our campuses from cultural to religious, students must carry their identity cards as identity certificate

Admission

The main reason to appeal here is it is the most high ranked university in india with general studies, i got direct chance here as my result was quite satisfactory, students from another university should give entrance to take a chance to study here

Faculty

In graduation there are six semester, and in masters there are four semester in two years, you can also join student faculty, they are very helpful and generous, teachers faculty is also very good, all over 4 star or above

Night Life

Hostel system is quite authentic, there are separated campus for girls and boys, for their security, famous hangout places like coffe shops and other facilities also over there, mainly the campus is near a book market named college street, and from sealdah railway station it is few kms distance away so there is no problem of transport

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum was overall good but it's a bit pressure also. But as everyone knows good things required hard work. So I really enjoyed the whole course during the college years. There are two exams. One is internal of 25 marks and second one is of 75 marks, which is external.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is a complex and vast one, with multiple areas in focus, which itself is a merit as it serves its purpose in training a Christian minister for all the challenges. The course is more praxis than a confined theoretical classroom. Certain improvements in teaching methods can be brought up. Teachers must ensure the students' study and find some way to monitor it. Otherwise students tend to get stuck in the wide array of topics to study and somehow just find it difficult.

The 206 Year Old Glory of Serampore College by William Carey

I chose my college for my traveling as it's one station away from my house and also my elder sister also studied chemistry major from here, I knew the culture of the college, it's familier for me to study here. Not like that I got rejection for microbiology but I applied for physiology only here, I got enlisted for admission in many other colleges in Kolkata including Bethune in botany but I didn't want to spend my whole time in travelling for college so I didn't join. Okay so eligibility was for 55% in the subject you wished to major(mine biology) and 50% to others two minor subject (for me it's chemistry and physics)for applying.
