The college is very welcoming and warm place. Academics are given very high importance and students' Attendence is also dealt with in a very strict manner. As mentioned earlier the professors are very warm and they take their classes with much care. They also ensure a very healthy environment is maintained in the campus. I would recommend the college for anyone looking for a good college for Bachelor of Commerce.i

The B.Com course offered by Seth Anandaram Jaipuria College is one of the best in the city. This course is under Calcutta University and the exam structure is also fixed by the University. The exams are of 100 marks total. With each paper having 80 marks Written or Multiple Choice Questions, 10 marks Internal Examination and 10 marks based on Attendence percentage.

Our college provides the facility of Campus Placement in the 3rd year of your course. We have a good history of placement of our students in good job positions and great salaries. Students were placed in jobs in big firms like Deloitte, KPMG, Wipro, Axis Bank Limited, and big business firms.

The events celebrated are: Fresher's Welcome Ceremony Swarasati Puja Vasant Festival Holi Celebration Teacher's Day Sports Day Annual Fest Inter College Competitions like: Music, Debate Sports, etc. And many more.

The fees is extremely minimal and feasible, amounting to around 10,000 rupees in three years. The college being a government college, is able to provide us such minimal fees. You are required to pay the first 3000 rupees during admission and the rest is taken during the rest two years.

Scholarship facility is not provided by the college but is provided by the government of West Bengal. You have to apply for the scholarship online and after submitting all the required documents you may be selected for scholarship.

Our college campus does have all the labs for the science courses. The labs are very well equipped and the professors are very helping and informative. Our college also has a small ground on which you may sit in the free periods. The sports are held in the Sports Ground near the college campus. Fresher's Welcome and other seminars also held in Auditoriums near the college.

Hostel service is not provided by our college. Many PG facilities are available very close to the college, any student wanting hostel service can go for PG facility. The PG rents are very reasonable around the place.

The alumni students are often found visiting their old home. They always have a lot of good memories to share with the Juniors and are also very helpful. The senior students are also very helpful to the Juniors and are very approachable. The college faculty ensure that a healthy environment is maintained in the campus.

We have some of the best faculty in the city. Most of our professors are experienced and highly educated. They are very warm and approachable and often take personal care in the studies of the students.
