Life at Uttarpradesh Institute of Design

The examination pattern is very interesting we have to give presentation to our jury members and there are very few exams which are theory based and the course curriculum is very interesting we have to go to places to explore and record and thats the best things and i love the most

You can go for internships after 1st year and start to earn there are soo many design competitions held for our students and our college also have incubation center so id you have any good startups idea so you can apply for it and get fundings upto 5 lakhs and you dont even have to return it later...you can keep that money and establish your startup

For the first year i paid 98800 and now I'm in second year and i paid 93800 and i will be paying 93800 for each remaining years. There is no difference in fees based on their category we all are paying the same amount. Yes you can pay fees in 2 emi if you want to but you have to show your parents income certificate. Yess, there scholarships but they are based on your parents annual income and students from uttarpradesh got the preference

There are no such festival or fests celebrated. But we got the opportunities to meet different people who have some startups there are frequent webinars in our college and soo many workshops and industrial trips as well Our library is big and there are lot of books you want to read according to your taste We have our own design studios where we work and make our assignments and we also have our individual lockers to keep our stuff There are indoor games like table tennis, carrom, chess, etc.

This is the only government design college in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and the fees pacakge is good and we learn soo much things from our faculty. I applied in dtu but i was rejected because I'm from uttarakhand and i belong to SC category so there was only one seat all over Indian for outside delhi people whi is from sc category

Students are less so the faculty and students interaction is good. Every faculty knows name of every student and we are soo comfortable to ask them is we have any query or confusion. Our exams are on semester basis but we hsve to give 2 class tests to qualify for the final semester exams

Our college timing is 10 to 5 and after 6:30 no student was allowed to stay in ghe college and the our college is surrounded by corporates offices ao the crowd is good and there are places you can go and eat whatever you want
