- Small college is okay but gross washrooms which are at Kalindi should be checked by the administration department once.
Course Curriculum Overview
B.Com (Hons) is an iconic course as many new courses have been added and are been added now every year but B.Com (Hons) has been there since DU was formed and is still there. Our course has statistics, business studies, accounting, cost accounting, GST and many others and that's what make our course the most interesting out of all.
Placement Experience
Placements percentage is certainly low but companies that have started coming to our campus includes Flipkart, Deloitte and others. On and average what Kalindi students of our course were offered was around 7-7.5 lakhs a year.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees at B.Com (Hons) Kalindi College is 40000 a year. This is without any scholarship as for those have reservations card get more than 50% scholarship. Even the students who are under PWD (Person with Disability) can also apply for concession in fees.
Campus Life
College just had cleanliness issues otherwise the 8 acre campus is full of greenery. Our classrooms are good and so is the surrounding around the campus. Our annual fest Lehren is amazing and some of our societies like Karna, Nupur, Fashionista and Dhancerse are among the best societies of DU.
Admission
CUET and minimum percentage in 12th is what we all are given admission on the basis of. CUET happens in April every year and by June results are out. NPUT portal is the way to apply and our scores gives us a picture of where we can take admission and that is how the process is.
Faculty
Faculties of Kalindi college are like Diwali who brings a lot of joy and a lot of happiness to us. The first thing that strikes me about our faculties is that they are easy going. Students don't have to gather attention from them as they themselves give enough attention to each and every student.
Night Life
Our campus itself has a Nescafe Bar so for coffee we don't have to go out. Our college is located just at 5 mins walking distance from Patel Nagar Metro Station. For hangout we have two good cafes and they are The Dhaba Junction and the Baithak Restaurant.
