Course Curriculum Overview
Even throughout TKM has its own syllabus, other than ktu. The Syllabus is more simple and starting from basics. Any students from any background can easily follow the course and study well. Real world application is more for this syllabuse
Internships Opportunities
Even from first year students can go for intership. But collage says they give free intenship so don't go for paid internship. Ibm provides intership and also webe kerala provides it. Each semster project will make us this understand
Placement Experience
From semester 6 students are eligible for campus placement. Companies like tata, cisco, tcp, etc come here. Average package is 600000. And highest package last year is 37 LPA. This year is continuing and highest is 17 LPA
Fees and Financial Aid
Yearly it is 8650 indian rupees towards ktu. Additionally 500 rupees yearly for acedemecic section in ktu and 2000 rupees per semester exam. Caution fee 10000, for tkm 23500 rupees is other compulsory charges. Tution fee is less for SC/ST category. They need only 8650. No need any other fees
Campus Life
Hestia is the annual technical fest conducted in tkm. It will be 1 month program and festival of tkm students. There is centralised library building is for TKM. Facilities are less in classroom and need to improve. So many clubs like ieee, iedc, iste, coding, tinkerhub, gdg etc available. And for.sports tkm is best
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is amazing. Only first year students will be in hostel. So No ragging will there. There is a warden who is collage professor give proper guideness in hostel. Each floor has 5g wifi. Menu is good but taste is not good.
Admission
Because TKM is autonomous government collage. Politics, ragging less here. Campus placement is high there. Cutoff are compared to other collages. TKM has third position. Even through tkm is better. Keam is accepted here also management quota also available
Faculty
For 72 students there are 5 faculty member and a senior advisor. Only through Senior advisor we can visit HOD and pricipal. Throughout the course same senior advisor will be there. It make perfect for students. In each semester there will be two series exam conducted.Total 8 semester. That is 8 + 16 = 24 written text. Also practical exams
Night Life
For first years there is limitations. For first years collage hostel is closee by 7pm and open at 6am. It is based on students protection and safety. There is free gym at collage. And a park close to gym. There are so many hangout places like kollam beach, light house, parks, food spots are there
