Course Curriculum Overview
Our course was prescribed by VTU and the same was followed throughout. The syllabus was crafted as such to educate us about various technologies and concepts which were crucial to be known. The exams are decent and if prepared well can be cleared easily
Internships Opportunities
There were various internship opportunities which were provided by the college. It included various technologies relevant to our branches. I'm in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science so there were internship on Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals, Deep Learning and Data Science Fundamentals
Placement Experience
We were eligible for placement in seventh semester. Many companies like DeltaX, Mathco, Mphasis etc visited the college. Highest package: 12 LPA Average package: 4 LPA The cutoff for students to be eligible for placement is more than 7 CGPA I got placed at Mphasis company in my Seventh Semester for the role of Associate Software Engineer which offered 4 LPA. There were four rounds. Started with Aptitude Test followed by Group Discussion, Technical Interview and HR Interview. The overall experience was amazing and the placement cell supported throughout.
Fees and Financial Aid
I pay 100090 per year as per my category which is general merit. This fees included tution fees, lab fees, admission fees, registration fees. There were special allowance for people of different categories.
Campus Life
The campus life was very colourful and interesting throughout. The social circle i chose were good and helpful. The facilities provided by college like library, lab and internet service is good. The Google Developer Student Club, IEEE society, GRID KSSEM, Rotaract KSSEM etc are the actively running clubs
Admission
I chose this college because I got this in CET third round. Also when I visited the college I was inspired by the infrastructure and also the facilities. Our college accepts various entrance exams like CET, ComedK
Faculty
The faculties here were really supportive and helpful in every aspect. They are always on the tip of their toes to teach everything from basics and never degrade students. The exams were as per VTU and the faculties give extra suggestions to ace the exams
