- The classes and curriculum is chill you'll get decent amount of free time

- There's a major problem in getting hostel they have very limited seats
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum of jamia was updated in 2023 so it's updated now.The teaching methods is also good. Exams are also of decent level you'll be able to score good if you start studying a week or two before the sems.Questions mostly come from assignments and teachers notes
Internships Opportunities
From 3rd year college starts providing you internship and some do it by their own. All these internships are paid and pay you a decent amount a decent posts for a beginner some even offer PPO post internship
Placement Experience
From 3rd year you start getting internships and PPO's and if you have above 8 cgpa you're good to go and will be able to sit in placement rounds of almost all companies.The average package is 9lakh as of last year and is increasing every year. Highest off campus was 48lpa and on campus was 25lpa.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions
Yearly fees is 1.5 lakh 1st sem fees -86000 2nd sem fees- 64000 mine is self finance branch so fees is 1.5 lakh yearly regular branches have 16000 yearly fees Scholarships are hard to get and mostly available for girls only, self finance courses don't get scholarship there would be many barriers
Campus Life
The campus life is really good and vibrant, there's always some sort of event happening and the societies are also very active they regularly conduct competitions and events. The culture is diverse you get to meet a lot of new people from all the parts of the country and even abroad
Admission
Firstly jamia is in delhi which itself is very attractive in all points, whether it be placement or internship opportunity or exposure or having a good college life. The college is in main city and has everything accessible, Also the food over here is too good.And overall it's a government institute which is reputed for so many years also getting my desired branch in such a reputed college is my pleasure.If it wasn't for top iit/nit i wouldn't leave jamia
Faculty
The faculty is really nice and are well educated and have experience. They don't just read ppt they actually teach you and help you learn the concept. i found maths and physics professor really helpful they have a strong passion for teaching and similarly all the faculty members are great no doubt
