I love the seniors of my college and the faculty????????

I have a very keen interest in Artificial intelligence and machine learning thats why i chose CSE-AIML branch and it has enhanced my tech-mind a lot and helped me to grow in this field. The curriculum helps us prepare really well for the real world applications as we also have practical/lab classes where every programming language code is typed and the logic and algorithms behind it are explained in very much detail.

im still in my second year so im not really aware of the exact details however many students this year bagged a package of 30LPA+ and almost everyone who was serious about placements got 9LPA+ which is a really good placement record.

from 3rd year onwards students become eligible for campus placements but in our college the faculty encourages us to find internships as soon as possible even in the first year as it adds to our experience.

the year wise fees is 1,30,000 for btech courses and our college only has btech courses with core branches and specialisation branches. each class has maximum 60 students. specialisations branch has only one class of 60 students, core branches have 3-4 classes of 60 students each. There is sikh minority quota here where sikh students get lower rank cutoff than others.

there are many tech events organised by the tech societies of our college and the annual fest is anugoonj that happens at main campus of IPU. there are almost all books available in library and book bank and its for free.

our college doesnt provide hostels for any student or faculty. however there are many PGs available within 1km radius of the college and anyone who lives far away usually gets a room there with their friends or batchmates.

I chose this college because of the distance from my house and its in a remote city like Delhi and very developed so no doubt i had to choose a college in my home town. I left colleges like VIT VELLORE, SRM MAIN CAMPUS, MANIPAL to come here so no i didnt get rejected from other colleges i applied to.

the faculty-to-student ratio here is around 1:5 which is very good and the faculty is very nurturing and sweet and helpful to all the students. The best teachers are Neeraj sir, Seema Ma'am, Damanpreet Ma'am. We have 2 mid sem exams in each semester and internals and externals are also conducted. Almost everyone clears the exams with good marks as the studies here are good enough and the exam questions are not that tough for everyone if we study properly.

no there werent any group discussions or written test or interviews for admission to our college however we got admission solely on the basis of our JEE MAINS rank. only physics chem and maths is asked in that exam.
