Likes

I like the timings of nitj hear timings are easy to fallow
And I like the relationship between girls and boys they live as best friends
I love the nature of nitj .they always clean the surrounding

Dislikes

I think the girls timings because they don't have right roaming after 10pm
For the 1st year students they don't give the permission to go out side with out permission
Some times the paper correction of teachers is to bad

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum which is provided by institute is to good because the curriculum includes all the date which is related to our institute and they provide the exams dates also this is benifits for the students to study and I don't have any ideas to change curriculum

Internships Opportunities

I belongs to Second year so I think Iam not eligible to say about internship and syipend also but I say the institute provide internship with stiped .and I 3rd year students doing project for there minor project and major projects

Placement Experience

In nitj students are eligible from 6th semester for the placement.the institute provide on campus placement and if you interested to offcumpus also .and hear so many companies are arriving.i don't exactly about packages

Fees and Financial Aid

Iam belongs to st category I pay 50000 semester fee for a year and I get National scholarship portal and I get nearly 90000 rupees.this for st and sc category students only and I pay 10000 caution fee and I didn't pay any other fees

Campus Life

There are so many clubs in nitj including kabatti volleyball dance photography and etc..and this institute conducted bharathdwani,utkansh and other annual fest and coding and other technical fest also

Hostel Facilities

The institute provide hostel .the facilities in hostel are to good including table chair bed and fans light etc...the quality of mess food is to good they provide south and north food also.with pure quality also

Hostel Fee: INR 50000 per year

Admission

First fall I love this institute because I heard about the teachers hear and confirmed that they teach me to good and compare to other institution the nature of this institute to good so I prepared for this institute

Faculty

In nitj the ratio of students and teachers is 8:1 and and I like indu mam because she teach very good and she always care about student and I don't like anee mohanty because she behave like road and hear conducted 2 sem and 2 mid exam in a year in middle some quizzes

The curriculum changes as per the need of the industry norms so that student can attain knowledge about the basics as well as the niche technologies.This is the aspect to choose the course and the lab work and continuous competitions help us with the industry trends. The management could be improved. The frequency of exams help us learn well and difficulty is between easy to medium.

Placement Experience:

Only skilled or quality are able to get placed. Usually onwards 6th or 7 th semester, students can be eligible depending on the performances. I can do a job if I like to work there. If not, I will do more internships to get hands on experience.

Placement Experience:

Placements are really great of our college as its avg pakage is of 11 lac from computer related branches. Girls are eligible in second year for inters and for boys its generally from 3rd year because of the reservations.

The course curriculum is interactive and have added various new thing like in the engineering graphics subject they have added the software like autocad instead of traditional drawings... Chandigarh University: Is it worth the investment?

Placement Experience:

The student become eligible for campus placements from 5th semester. The companies visited per year are approximately 200. They claim 100% placements but in reality they divide students into placement and non- placement batches called tpp and ntpp. If you slip up even once, you will be debarred from the tpp group. The highest package is 53 LPA. The average package is 4.5 LPA. Companies like JP Morgan, TCS, Capgemini, PlaySimple, Cognizant, Nokia, Philips, Morgan Stanley, PWC, KPMG, EPAM, Watchguard, High radius, OYO, Coding Ninjas, Samsung, etc have already came. More companies are yet to come. Since the student intake is too much, placements are really hard to get since there is too much competition. In the end, people get hired in mass recruitment companies and get minimum pay of 3-4 lpa. My plans are apply for off-campus jobs and start working in corporate after the degree. If I don't get a job, I haven't decided what I will do next.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good but I am more looking towards offcampus placements. I will do internships from my second year and in first year I'll make the base. I contacted to some of the seniors they said doing hardwork will definitely lead to a good package.

My university review

Placement Experience:

After 4 semester students are eligible for sitting in placements. There are alot of company visiting and alot of them take 2-3 with really good package and some handful with good enough packages of nearly10 lpa and the highest package was i think of in last month was of around 60 lpa . My plans after getting a degree is too work my way through companies to a FAANG Companies

Atharv ki dastan nit ki kahani

I got 28102 rank in jee mains and 24576 rank in jee advanced My primary goal was to get into any iit but I can't get due to my rank if I would have got any iit o would have chosen it over In josaa counselling I got iiit bhopal cse which was quite a good option because bhopal is not so distant from home and also has good placement but it has many problems like no permanent campus and hostels etc and very high fees which I can't afford So in next round I got nit jalandhar ice over it because it is a cirtcutal branch enough options in tech and core both morover it comes with a nit tag and less fees and I want clg in north...Read More
