College with goodies only

The course curriculum in 2024 is according to new education policy which is changed then earlier so now syllabus of different branches are changed little bit . syllabus is not completely same. The syllabus is totally relevant to our course and are designed as per future requirement . My branch have subjects like IT workshop , Web Application Development which is totally relevant and comprehensive as per future needs. Similarly every branch have subjects according to their course and they all are relevant.

The placement cell in iGDTUW is fabulous and its worthy to join IGDTUW as it have good ROI. The placement for B.Tech is under TCP (Training Cell Placement) . Large number of students get good placement in IGDTUW . Different branches have good record, and as per 2023-24 rceord which is the latest one there are large number of reputed companies visit this college( approx135 recruiters) with good number of offers like Microsoft with 72 offers , Google with 12 , SAP labs with 21 , Visa with 19 , Airtel with 16 , Airtel Payment Banks with 9 , LinkedIn with 6 , Amazon with 6 , Flipkart with 6 , PhonePe with 6 and many more. The package record is like this: CSE AI = highest: 52.89 LPA by AWS average: 22.82 LPA CSE = highest : 56LPA by Adobe Average: 25.15 LPA IT = highest: 52.89 LPA by AWS average: 20.99 LPA ECE = highest: 56 LPA by Adobe average: 19.63 LPA MAE = highest : 32 LPA by OLX average : 8.52 LPA MCA = highest : 52.89 LPA by AWS average : 14.13 LPA MTECH CSEAI = highest : 27.8 LPA by Cisco average: 13.8 LPA MTECH AIDS = highest : 20.41 LPA by Cisco average : 13.92 LPA MTECH VLSI = highest : 9 LPA average: 9 LPA Almost 70-80% students were placed this year and remaining 10-12 % students are intern and rest are unplaced. My plans after getting degree and placement is to apply for govt. sectors or higher educations.

My seat acceptance fee was 95000 and after that I have to pay balance fee of 49500 so 1st year total tuition fee = 137500 And secuirity deposit was od 7000 which was compulsory So total 1st year fee= 137500+7000 = 144500 Then consecutively fees was increasing with 8000 from 1st to 2nd year , then from 2nd to 3rd it was increased by 9500 and then from 3rd to 4th year it was increased by 15500 so, 2nd year fees = 145500 3rd year fees = 155000 4th year fees = 170500 The fees structure is same for all categories hostel fees is 5-7 lakh. And the wholesome fees is appropriate according to me.

My overall experience in IGDTUW is awesome here number of socities , fests and competitons held which are very interesting and we enjoy alot. as seniors and faculties are fabulous so we have fun. There are large number of socities like technical socities ( WiBD , CSI , IEEE , ASME , ENACTUS , ROBOLUTION ,LEAN IN) , Cultural socities ( like taaranga etc) , fashion socities like zena , Designing society like Nirvana , Sports society like Synergy etc. There are so many technical fests like Innerve , Tremors etc. cultural fest like Taarangana, and bollywood day is also celebrated here. One more fest which is Jhilmil it is like Diwali fest. There is easy access in library and books , the libraray is well maintained and disciplined and there all types books are available. The infrastructure is not that much good but IT block's infrastructure is awesome. There are lots of competitions held in IGDTUW dor sports , literature , coding etc.

I have applied for B.Tech in IPU colleges but because of my rank I didn't got that much good opportunities as compared to IGDTUW . There I was eligible for ECE and MAE in top IPU colleges,and CSE branches in lower IPU colleges. And in rest of the colleges I didn't took admission becuase of tier 3 colleges which have very poor placement records . And for good colleges my rank was very low. So I choose IGDTUW as it have good placement cell and future opportunities. If I didn't make to other colleges my only fault was my less rank and one must take special care while filling forms and uploading documents.

In our college there are many couses like B.Tech , M.Tech , MCA ,B.Arch and in which B.Tech have so many brances like CSE, CSE-AI, IT , ECE , ECE-AI , MAE, DMAM(Dual degree which is with MBA) . And M.Tech have several branches like CSEAI , AIDS, VLSI . The exam system is very nice and well disciplined there are strict actions for those who cheat in exams and checking is very strict. Exam pattren is like questions of 2.5 marks and 5 or 10 marks. Marking scheme is good as far as I can know as a first year student. Here faculties are so friendly and nice there is no need to afraid from them one can ask doubts easily they teach well. But some faculties only used to tell through ppt which is not good and distracting but mostly all teachers are fabulous. Exams are little bit difficult but one can pass easily.
