Course Curriculum Overview
I personally found the curriculum very good because from 1st year we are taught placement level subjects. In 1st year only we were taught communication skills, how to write resume. College organize various sessions for the students to be in touch with latest tech stacks. In our 2nd year, were taught DSA, DBMS which helped a lot in the Placements.
Internships Opportunities
Companies which visited our college in recent years are - SAP, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Cisco, Twilio, Zomato, Western digital, UBS, Citi, Wells Fargo, Adobe, Detusche bank, Hero Motocorp, Motorq, Atlassian, Airtel, etc..
Placement Experience
Placements in Igdtuw are awesome. You just need to study DSA, CS fundamentals and leave the stress of companies because Traning and placement cell will surely help all the students in getting amazing placements. Even PPO (pre-placement offer rate) is also good. So, if you are planning to take DTU/NSUT/IGDTUW, i will suggest choose Igdtuw.
Fees and Financial Aid
Average fees for all the years is 5.24 Lakhs 1st year - 1,44,500 2nd year - 1,45,500 3rd year - 1,55,000 4th year - 1,70,500 hostel fees is around 5.17 Lakh for all 4 years. For, all rhe batchmates the fees ia same.
Campus Life
Campus life is awesome. College organize hackathons, tech fest, cultural fest, diwali fest which keeps us motivated. All the societies are active and even I myself had created a Club in IGDTUW, to help the juniors. So bond between juniors and seniors is good in IGDTUW.
Admission
The admission process is very simple. We need to register on JAC Delhi website and then to follow the counselling. I already had this thing in my mind , that I only want to take admission in IGDTUW, because the Placements here are amazing. One of my batchmate havs received the package of 1 Crore per annum . So, I didn't opted for other colleges after considering the internship and placement scenarios in IGDTUW.
Faculty
Exams are conducted twice in a semester - mid term and end term. We get good CGPA easily by studying very well for the exams. The study environment is very good in IGDTUW. Even the teachers are very nice, they teach us in good way.
