Likes

the college is very clean and it is very neat
The college food is very cheap & affordable and tasty
The college library has very good books i love them

Dislikes

Sometimes few classes are skipped especially the last class
Some teachers come in class very late which causes us to miss lecture
There are no girls in evening college which makes it very boring.

Course Curriculum Overview

My course is BCOM honours of accountancy which will give me real life experience of accounting & financial stuff. The college teaches me the curriculum very cleanly and clears all my doubt and it will help me greatly in my career.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 6000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

My college is very good college. They only take 3000 rupee per semester which means only 6000 rupees per year. Also i get 12000 rupees per year scholarship from government so it covers my College & tution fees. I am grateful for my college as it is very affordable.

Campus Life

The college campus is a open space in between the college buildings where we can play sports like catching the ball and stuff. It improves my confidence and makes me even stronger mentally. I love the college campus.

Admission

I applied to many colleges and got accepted to all but i chose Jaipuria college due to many reasons. One being that it has great reviews from all the past students. Also the location of this college is very good.

Faculty

The faculty is very strong with many members there are many teachers as well as support staffs and the college union brothers are also very helpful the teachers clear our doubts every time. I like the faculties of this college.

SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.

SXC is an old pedigree!

Placement Experience:

Companies of all domains like the Asian Paints, EY, Nestle and HDFC Bank among all of them come to SXC. Biggest placements so far has been of 20 lakhs or so when one of the student was placedat such a package in 2024.

Placement Experience:

At our college placements are good and many core companies or finance and IT are here for placements and intenrships as well. Average placements from what I have checked is around 4-5 lakhs per year for B.Com (Hons) students.

Placement Experience:

There is a placement cell club which functions in the college itself which is efficient in providing over 67 to 98% of students with placements. This percentage can vary for different years and different courses. The college has been successful in attracting top recruiters like deloitte, wipro, TCS, and leader companies from various other sectors. Packages vary significantly from 4 to 6 LPA up to 24LPA. After getting my degree i am planning to first make sure that i have completed my CA course that i am pursuing alongside. And then going ahead with either a job outside kolkata or open a business in kolkata itself.

There was only 3 better colleges I couldn't apply to. They were St.Xaviers Kolkata, Goenka and Maulana Azad. Seth Anandram Jaipuria College is among the top 5 colleges and is well known. It is also the best college in North Kolkata, some might not agree to me though. The deciding factors for me were very low fees, decent quality teachers, and the most important, quality of crowd and reputation of the college. A Glimpse of Jaipuria
