First thing it's hostel fees is too expensive as compared to facilities they provide..not worth
Crowd...here is huge crowd people from allover India
Nothing is free...they charge for every single small things

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is tooo good.they start the course from scratch and as based on the industry experience.whatever is popular in industry they do that that only. And it is well structured focusing on our overall development from aptitude to technology

Internships Opportunities

I am in 3rd year currently and at the end of this semester they will start providing us opportunity and statt bringing them for us . They also provide us training for our placement so that we can become trained for it

Placement Experience

Placements are good in my college. they provide us both the opportunity of sitting in placement or going for higher studies. college does every possible things rest all depends on us what we are doing.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees for the per semester is 120000 but I was eligible for scholarship criteria because of my marks in LPUNEST exam so I got 42000 scholarship and my semester fees is ,78000 now.Other than that they charge Rs 8000 per semester as examination fees...if we count in total the yearly fees becomes 156000+16000 including examination fees

Campus Life

It's way good. The campus experience is too good u will get everything here . From a huge crowd to amazing indoor complex that contains badminton Olympic size swimming pool and best this as you see students from all over India you will be here in great exposure

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is okay okay as they charge so much for the hostel like 120000 for my 4 seater non AC including mess. Mess food is very bad and no gym is there in hostel you have to buy membership of gym if u want to do so

Admission

First thing is that I had low score in jee mains so I was not able to apply other courses but yeah this course fullfiled my expectations and it's fees was also adjustable as I was eligible for scholarship program

Faculty

Faculty members of the college are average in experience and good in teaching skills. They are very humble and sometimes strict as well. They support us in every possible way nd sometimes can file a case against us which leads to cancellation of scholarship if we do something really bad that is not acceptable

LPU Jalandhar is a nest!

Placement Experience:

Over a crore package too have been inked form LPU, CSE and that itself is more than enough to justify my call to Study here. Highest package was of 1.03 crores and average still stands at 8 lakhs around. The big thing is nearly 2500 students in CSE and still all are finding a shot to try for placements.

LPU has no errors!

Placement Experience:

Mid cap to large cap, every company that can afford our students services are invited to our university for hiring students. Thus far nearly 500 organizations have been invited to our university and a good bit of placements percentage is also there. No students of our university recruited have come under fire and therefore the companies which have laid faith in LPU students have kept hiring year after year.

Like at IET

Course Curriculum Overview:

I went for CSe bcz it has best career scope. The curriculum is comprehensive but a bit heavy. It touches almost all topics but didn't go deep into latest tech like AI or Cloud computing, which was a drawback. Improvements? Definitely the teaching style. Some profs are good but many rush through the syllabus to finish it. They should include more project based learning instead of just theory exams. Exams are manageable. We have typical sem system. Timing is predictable but sometimes the schedule is very tight with no gaps between papers. Difficulty wise its okay, most students study a week before exams and manage to clear them.

As I mentioned this college is new and they have no past data to show about their placement but they have good tie up with some of the giants of industry including IBM and when their SME comes to provide lectures ut really boosts your energy and motivation. But still there can't be any assurance of placement as of now untill our batch get placed successfully

My Journey and experience at my College

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate and usually starts from the 7th Semester . A few Service based Companies visit with average packages of 3-4 Lpa . Around 40 - 50 % students get placed. I plan to upskill and pursue higher studies or better job opportunities

LPU is indeed a professional university!

Placement Experience:

Around 600 recruiters so far has hired students from LPU. Not just domestic but even international names have hired students from LPU. So, I don't think one even has to look beyond LPU for that matter. I am happy that students from here have got the opportunity to work in their dream companies and soon I will be giving interviews as I am also in my final year now.

My imperfectly perfect College life reviewed for everyone who needs it

Placement Experience:

Though when I got admission in this college, I saw the placement rates were very nice, around 95%, but maybe it was our session's fault. I passed out in 2024, and in that particular year, the placements were not as expected and as seen in the previous batch, so that was something very much disappointing because I paid so much money on a degree, only everything was good about the college, but in the end, placement matters during my session. Usually, the companies that hired for example, 10 students only hired two students.

On campus Placements are average here. The highest package goes to 19 lakhs and Average package is 3-4 lakhs per annum. However we can not expect any MNC to visit this campus but the companies for freshers and to gain experience visit the campus.

i didn't applied to any other college but my friends wrote the other entrance exams like srm and after getting the result and scholarship we campared the fee structure and facilities providing by the universities we thought that my university is better than those in every aspect. coming to the admission process you have to write an college entrance exam and you will get scholarship based on those marks and the eligibilty is 60% in 10th and 12th board to write that entrance exam....Read More
