Course Curriculum Overview
Course is amazing and so are the overall infrastructure that leads to our studies. Practicals are required to much in our course and therefore we have quite a few lab sessions which are much more than that of other branches. Only area of my concern is some subjects our of syllabus too are added.
Placement Experience
A lot of sports equipment makers and sports marketing companies have hired students from our colleg and placements are nearly done with an in hand salary of 5lakhs plus. However, placements are not possible until we are in our final year as that I feel needs to be changed. Almost 80% students from our branch are placed as students or our course hardly have any supply and demand is quite high.
Fees and Financial Aid
14000 is the fees for a year and for South Campus top college like Motilal Nehru College is even lesser than what we can call peanuts. If you are from SC/ST or OBC category then even better as fees is even lesser. So basically it takes good scores to get admission here but in terms of fees it is as good as free.
Campus Life
Phoenix our annual fest is the biggest and the best festival among South Campus colleges. Sports facilities are good as we have an amazing sports ground. Students from numerous states and even NRI students are a part of our college. Making it a diverse community that we all have wished to live with. Every festival is celebrated here and irrespective of your caste, religion or anything every one is treated fair by the college staff and management.
Admission
CUET score of 680+ and for MNC a round about 710 to 720 is required for general category studnets. My score was 712 and in that very score, MNC was the best possible choice. My first choice indeed was St. Stephens College, DU but never mind as MNC is no less too.
Faculty
For a batch size such low as ours there are 10+ faculties. So the ratio is 1:3 and I doubt any other college or course even comes closer to this. MNC is always compared to Satyawati college but I don't know who draws that comparison as in my terms our college faculties are way more superior.
