Most valuable or famous college of Delhi university south campus Its full form of the name arsd is Atma ram Sanatan dharma college also it has nirf 11th rank or one more positive thing is we have alumni like Sudhir Chaudhary or Rajkumar Rao

All the course performances depend on students and teachers as its not a criterion for success it’s all about the interest of students. Nd if we talk about exam structure there’s semester system means after every 6months we have to give exam

Placement Experience

The placement and job opportunities are not so great but it's average and there’s no internship of college itself by the help of other institutions it provides internships. as I m a student of science my goals are about teaching etc so I m not so much involved in these things

College Events

There are many events like- 1.Freshers party which celebrated after the newcomer's admission 2.ncc events Ncc selection for NCC cadets 3.socities auditions for the selection of students in extra circular activities society 4.college fest for the entertainment of students 5.socities fest for various colleges participation

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's not so expensive as I m a student of Bsc and my fees are about 13000 for annual. And when we talk about the Delhi education society this amount is like so low because there’s a huge no.of student that’s why there’s huge competition and in such a situation this amount is much feasible

Fees and Financial Aid

There’s a facility of fee concession for the lower income background students. For this facility, the students have to fill a form and after that, there are teachers who take interview or document verification or after that, the student could get the scholarship

Campus Life

All the activities like drama, NCC, games, singing are very good. For Ncc there’s Ncc of college if we talk about drama there is society rangayan if we talk about singing there’s Sarang society nd for dancing the society kalashree nd for debating there’s great society Vedanta

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are very helpful or nd the alumni they are also with great helping nature. Like if we talk about the debating circuit as I m an office bearer of ARSD Hindi debating society any time if we need judges for organizing debates they always like ok we will be there

The real college experience

Placement Experience:

Gargi, like most other delhi colleges, has a standard placement cell. Students become eligible for placements from the 5th semester onwards, but most requirements happen during the final year. The companies that visit are primarily ed tech based ventures or marketing, HR firms and sales firms. A few that have collaborated over the year has been EY, Decathlon, Urban Company, Deloitte and so on. in terms of packages, the highest that had been around 15-17lpa, and the average package is 4-5lpa. About 20-30% of the batch gets placed during placement interviews while many try to pursue other opportunities or off-campus venues.

ANDC= The most average old school type campus life

as the everyone know for computer science b tech is the best course but there is to much rush for b tech and i dont want to waste my college life or campus life on engenerring degree which dont give me placements thats why i choose for bsc hons cs in du to enjoy the campus life. if you study well in this course it will definately help vo in job interview making your resume good and skills better. the teaching method should be more practical than doing on notebooks or oraly. the datesheet and timings of exams are preety good and the difficulty of exam are moderate the ones who prepares will definately score good marks and can maintain better cgpa.

Good for science courses but infrastructure and surrounding area is not good

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are average. There is a placement cell in our college that is mostly run by students only. Average placement package is 3 to 4 LPA. Companies like Wipro, TCS that visits our college for placements. 5 and 6th semester students are eligible for campus placements. 60 to 100 students per year get placements.

Placement Experience:

One can easily view the placement statistics of our college on their website. The placement cell of the college manages the placement process. On first glance, it appears impressive. But most of the placements are in similar fields of commerce like consulting or finance, followed by Arts and Science courses getting the least amount of placements. I personally have no faith in my course getting me any placement. So I'm preparing for government exams anyways.

So I didn't really apply to any of the colleges I filled the preference sheet in the csas portal and I got selected in this college. I chose this college because it was very convenient for me, not that far and not that close from my house. No I didn't get any rejection from any other colleges. The admission process for my college is through CUET conducted by NTA, The eligibility for my course is atleast 45% in 10+2 and the exam accepted for my course is CUET only. CUET is the exam mostly preferred by the students, cutoffs for this exam for my course was 650 for general and around 550 for my category. I was made to prepare a list of colleges that provided the course that I opted for. So I made a list of all thr college in accordance to my convenience and what I wished to get into. My first priority was obviously a north campus college such as hindu college, kirori mal, hansraj and likewise. Then I proceeded to add the rest of the topmost colleges that came under south campus. ARSD Emerging College of South Campus (NIRF 7)

To get admission into ARSD College or any other college in the University of Delhi you should have an aggregate of 60% at least. 12th appearing or 12th pass. You have to give CUET (Central University Entrance Test) and score as high as you can. Application fees for General, OBC, and EWS candidates are RS 600. For ST, SC RS 550. For applying last date will be the first week of march and the exam will be conducted in the last week of May. It may vary. Delhi University Releases its cut-off based on CUET Scores for various colleges. I availed reservation of OBC NCL which is 27% of seats. My score of CUET was 609 and I got ARSD College.
