Course Curriculum Overview

3

Course is designed well. More or less it includes a introduction of every topic that can be beneficial in real life job but it doesn't cover any topic very deeply just gives u a brief also exam timings are not every good. It gives very less gap between each exams increasing the failure ratio.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee increases every year by some amount. Now in 3rd year for me it has gone till 3lakhs in navi mumbai branch of engineering , initially it started from 2lakh 75 thousand. And the fee is paid annually and not semester wise.

Campus Life

4

I would say campus life is good there is various clubs and committees , you can be involved and engage in various activities for enjoyment and hands on experience. Fest is also very happening we have fest organized by various clubs and schools as well .

Admission

In my experience nmims is good if u want exposure and explore more with your interests in different fields as in this case it helps very much plus i feel because of regular presentations and project building activity it gives u a self confidence.

Faculty

2.5

Some Faculties are really good others just read ppt and teach totally depends on the campus. But in navi mumbai Faculties really supports and encourages students and teaching is also okayish and can also connect u to various industrial leaders.

Students are eligible to apply for placement is after 2 year or at 5th semester. And companies that have visited are Morgan Stanley, TCS, JP Morgan, etc. and many others. Basic package is about 7 lacs per annum which I consider as okay for freshers. And the student which got highest is 26 lac per annum as he was one of the brightest student of the college. I think 50 to 60 percent students get placed more or less maximum are low package students. My plans are different than doing job so not applied at any of the job.
