Course Curriculum Overview
Earlier the faculty were not so serious about online exams so students didnt study a bit. But as they realise we are only our own destrution and our own friend. The curriculum really tracks with the trend of the hiring companies and upcoming opportunities.
Internships Opportunities
My many friends got internship here . There are many companies that offere intenships like siemens , Infosys, calfus, itanta, PTC, invisalign , axle. All offered average placements of 7lpa and some rare cases of 13-15lpa
Placement Experience
From the 6th semester the students are eligible for campus placements. Many companies visit this college like Infosys, Calfus , Amazon , UBS, Crowdstrike. In case of no campus placements, one can try research internship offered by college.
Fees and Financial Aid
year wise fees is 182340 for now it will increase with time .Fees for my batchmates of other catogories is 100400 for now may increase with time and for sc st it it far less as 16000. Scholarships for obc , ews, and ebc categories are avalaible [merit based].
Campus Life
Overall college life is average , every event technical or other festivals are managed by students so it completely depends on their management though most of the events are managed well . For technical various in-house hackathons are there with creative probems. One can take and read any book in library but can only take 3 books at a time at home for 15 days. A week is organized for sports and varios sports are conduced both indoor and outdoor.
Admission
Off course the first reason is i didnt get any of the IITs and other good collgeges of maharashtra . But this college is also not that bad due to its abverage placement that every one is atleast not remaining unemployed provided he or she continues his studying struggle[
Faculty
In my department there are 5-6 faculties for 2 divisions of cse-ai .The final exam is pretty easy because it is of 40 marks but not that easy as we also have to study all the subjects. Overall the faculties are really helpful because they know what presseure the students are going through.
Night Life
The night life of viit is almost none because the college gets over at 6 pm and there is a special ones for removing students out so they do not stay in the college after 6pm. Only for a specific events the studetns are seen in the night. No college gym, and nothing else to see outside the college .
