Honest review of NIT agartala

From 2nd year, some subjects will be relevant and some will not so I think this course can make you ready for real life applications if you take some help from side books or youtube videos. Teachers should embed more real life projects in the curriculum and the best thing about electronics and instrumentation engineering is that you will be given to make 1 project per semester that is not in other branches.

From 7th semester students becomes eligible for taking campus placements. Placements in this college are good ,there are students who got placed above 1 crore and the placement rate of my branch is 90%.

Per semester fees for students who are not opting for fees remission:- College tuition fees- 70k Hostel fees-25k For 1L-5L family income (mostly GEN-EWs and OBC):- Tution fees will be 1/3 of actual tuition fees For less than 1L family income(Mostly OBC and SC/ST:- Tuition fees will be zero. There are both govt.scholarships and state level scholarships.So students can apply for any one depends on their family income and category.

MOKSHA and AAYAM are the two famous fest of nit gartala and every year there is a freshers party for the 1st years.There are many events which will be held like different club orientation, speaker session etc NIT agartala has one of the best library and sports complex among all NITs. There are a particular for each art forms like dance , singing,art,debate etc

1st year hostels (RNT) is very good ,the rooms are very good with two students in each room.Although hostel for 2nd year are not that good ,not properly maintained but that problem is mostly in very government college.

This is a government college so I think the students who will come in this college will be hard working and have qualified jee mains and secure rank around 50k which is a good rank so students who will take admission will have some qualities

Some Faculties by nature are very good they will help you,they will guide you for your better future.I am in electronics and instrumentation engineering so our network theory teacher 'Yogesh sariya' is very good by nature and he puts a lot of efforts whole teaching to make the students understand. There are two exams in each semester: Mid-term-20 marks End term-50 marks From 2nd year the academics becomes difficult so there are students who failed to pass some exams.
