What Students Say
Likes
- the curriculum is well structured, it is not just random subjects compiled together
- the subjects are taught in every semester in a coherent manner rather than randomised manner
- will equip you with squirrels that are required for future publications, admissions or job
Dislikes
- student experience burnout quite often because of back to back submissions and exams
- faculty is not always very cooperative or empathetic minute comes to understanding you
- some subjects are irrelevant to the degree that your pursuing
Course Curriculum Overview
the favourite part about my degree is the curriculum. it is thought out and comprehensive. the faculty had kept in mind the future requirements and skill that are going to be required by the student. every subject is well backed and followed by relevant subjects.
Fees and Financial Aid
our course fees is 130000. it does not increase with every year but in upcoming semesters you will be required to do internships and value added courses that is going to require you money independent of your fees.
Campus Life
best part about Christ is their events. they have back to back exams which are going to make you feel very drained, but they are always followed by some exciting event which is going to make you feel alive and worth being a christite. social life of Christ is very good, there are a lot of clubs that you can join as per your interest.
Admission
I tols this college because it provides BSC psychology hons. and not BA psychology. as we know Bsc psychology Honours is rare in India, we have options but they are less and not rated as much as Christ. I choose BSC psychology over BA psychology because I believe that BA psychology would not have equipped me with the skills and knowledge required for my goals and aspirations which include research and clinical work
Faculty
regarding faculty it is 50-50. I might find one faculty to be extremely rude while another person might find the same faculty to be neutral. it all depends on your upper limit and expectations out of a faculties behaviour.
