Course Curriculum Overview

5

Advance curriculum that's happening in real world and tech field, which is taught by experienced faculties of that particular field and super mentors Curriculum is very good as compared to old gen college Frequency of exam is almost once a month with good to medium level of difficulty

Internships Opportunities

4

Companies like Swiggy, Zomato, Google, Interview Bit, Apple, etc had given internship opportunities to students paying highest stipend of somewhat 2 lakh rupees in INR. Different projects are given to students which helps them alot understanding real world projects and contribution. Also if you're having a startup or willing to start then they also have a separate club to support you for it.

Placement Experience

4

Placements depends on batch, as my previous batch students are having alot internships but for my batch it'll start from 4th year. Alot companies like google, zomato, swiggy, visited and multiple offers are made to students. As of current no batch is passed out, so no placement data but internships report are good.

Fees and Financial Aid

Year wise fees depends on which year you're studying in for more details you can check site of college There isn't any category based fees , it's common for all and as mentioned it depends on year of studying, but for giving entrance test it's 1k for first time then for re attempt it's 100 per re attempt Fees are common for all batchmates as there's only CS field in college There's scholarship based on your Competitive exam score like of JEE, BITS, etc also there's scholarship based on international/national representation of India like Olympiads It's really worth if you have little coding and tech knowledge before joining and if you're willing to work hard, if you're new to tech field you might feel little difficulties and demotivating as some of your batchmates may have learnt the things you'll learn before 1-2 years ago

Campus Life

3

For fests our college first tech fest is happening on end fo November. There's no library but few books are available to read. Infrastructure is very good compared to other colleges, like decent wifi and AC rooms Sports equipments are good too There are different culbs which are helpful for students.

Hostel Facilities

4

Facilities are hot & cold water for bathing and drinking available 24/7 , there's washing machine for washing clothes and paid laundry is also available. Meal quality is decent but better than most hostels and menus are as according to your preference of mess vendors as there are 3 vendors, south, north and jain. It's quite affordable considering bangalore expenses.

Admission

I applied to all new gen college and some reputed college of my state ( Gujarat ) like Parul University, GEC Chankheda, MSU, etc. Choosing Scaler over other was cause of learning current tech not the one that is being taught since ages and which is not related to my interest. For admission process you have to clear their entrance test NSET and should have more than 50/60 % in Maths or overall result of 12th.

Faculty

4

Faculties to students relationship is very good, they're very friendly and experienced . There are 2 exam per term i.e mid term and end term and there is 4 term in a year + 2/3 exam for your degree program depending on which degree you choose( BITS Pilani / IIT Madras )

Night Life

5

It's in Bangalore so ofcourse night life is amazing, joyful and filled with street foods. College do provide a cult fit pass using which we can cult gyms across bangalore. Hostel timings is 4 AM to 10.30 PM, Campus timings depends but it's mostly open during day time till 7 or 8 or sometimes 9 PM. During over day hackathons it's open for whole day. It's Fully safe area which is under cctv protection all time.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The specific aspects is that microbiology is a well developing scope of science in the world. We know how important this subject was when Covid had come to the world. It is related to this subject and find it's relevance everywhere. The course curriculum had started with basics of microbiology and microbial techniques later getting deeper into the subject. The syllabus is set by our college faculties and department head and it is very relevant for future studies. Improvement is needed in teaching methods. Otherwise it's a good place and subject. We get enough time to prepare and write the exams. The papers are usually not difficult if you've prepared we'll. It is on a moderate level.
