- It's a girls' college and the environment of my college is so safe like strict actions are taken against any kind of ragging and bullying
- It provides a good chance to understand the diversity of our country as students from all across india are present there
- The faculty is so experienced and knowledgeable and provides very good guidance to students
Dislikes
- The infrastructure is not so good as there are less classrooms
- The canteen food quality is also not good
- There should be some exercising equipments or machines or gym facility
Course Curriculum Overview
English Honors provide a vast range of knowledge of world and people's behavior and their pattern of thinking We talk openly on various topics which are considered as a stereotype in society like gender equality, sex etc. We get three hours for each paper and the question level is moderate

The is a placement cell which comes up with different internship opportunities to the students Companies like YOUNITY, DELOITTE etc. reach to us for providing internship Companies from different sectors like IT companies, business, medical etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
I am a second year student in Gargi college of University of Delhi The admission fee for th college in 2023 (1st year) was ?15725 and for the second year the fee is about ?19000. So yes the has actually increased. In addition we have to pay examination fees each semester which is approx 1300-1500 rupees The scholarship amount provided by the university is very less and also many students are not aware of the scholarships provided
Campus Life
We can explore a lot of things in our campus life and also our college provides different types of clubs like debating, dancing, singing, nukkad natak, arts etc. This provides a wide range of opportunity to delve into the field we like There are also different types of sports facilities
Admission
As i had heard of Gargi College as a good and reputable college of University of Delhi and also it is a all girls college so taking the safety into consideration i preferred this college And also this was in proximity to my flat
Faculty
In our English department the total no. Of students are almost 70 (each year) so the ratio of faculty to student is 1:70 but i don't think so it creates any problem and also the faculty is approachable to all the students English department faculty is so cooperative and helpful as the Proffesors understand our problem and try to help us solving them We have 2 exams in a year. The questions we get are moderate in level and the marking pattern is flexible and only few students fail in exams
