The campus is very good. The environment feels amazing.
Curriculum activities are also done consistently.
Sports and entertainment are also prioritised.

Dislikes

Long sessions of classes are kind of boring.
Dress is also kind of nerdy type I guess.

Course Curriculum Overview

They give us freedom to choose our own path in life. They guide us on everything and give us knowledge we need. We have a good relationship with aur faculties they really admire their way of teaching. The timing of exams are also very comfortable.

Fees and Financial Aid

I'm currently studying at University of North Bengal. It's the campus that got me there and for that I am paying 31000 per year in the college. It's kind of a high price for a college but it's worth it I guess so. Everything is provided by the college itself and there is no such extra fees. And for BBA and BCA the fees is 60000 per year.

Campus Life

Many festivals are celebrated in the college campus and cultural events are supported by the students. The one dissapointing thing about the college is that it lacks sufficient books for our course. Rather than that the sports events are also done on a regular basis.

Admission

I firstly got information of all the colleges near me and this one really attracted me and I decided to take admission here itself. The admission process was very smooth and I was allowed attend my classes the next day after my admission.

Faculty

I think the faculties are kind of friendly and they are serious about our future and they help us in many things. Exams are also very strictly regulated and they are kind of competitive. But due to good faculty the ratio of passing students are very much higher.

Placement Experience:

Well among the curriculum of Bcom my most favourite is the management and Economics part. Cause I really love them and the teachers of that subject are really good . The improvement that I would want is the professors to come to the classes and teach us and finish the syllabus on time.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placement in the last year which is 7th and 8 semester one can apply for internship or job from 7th and 8th semester. The highest package offered was of 11 lakh so far. And the average package is 4 to 5 lakh per annum. Like most of the Goenkans I am also thinking of pursuing CA as a profession but for now I am focusing on my BCom degree and after my BCom degree I will complete my MBA from a good reputed college.

I choose B.Com Hons as my subject because I want to pursue MBA in my future.The faculty of this college is amazing.They are all very helpful.Total no. of students for this course currently is 800 something and each sector has 120 students.The teachers use projectors to make us understand the concept clearly.Sem exams occur every six months and if you study properly you will score good marks for sure

Do Right Things Now For Your Future

Placement Experience:

After 4th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Out of the companies some of them are Institute of Charter Accountancy, Institute of GST ETC. They give us some packages for jobs. Like the highest package is about 50000 rupees and the lowest is 15000 rupees. Only few studets get chance in this companies. Like 5-10% students. I want to be a bank manager so i just keep my study moving on.

I apply for other colleges also as I didn't get much facilities there like comprehensive studying library, canteens facilities, etc. I don't get rejection from the other colleges that I have applied the reasons behind not choosing those is the facilities that I didn't found . The admission process was online; we needed to fill out our details through portals, and there was a specific verification date when we called regarding the verification of our application. After that, if everything was okay, then our admission was confirmed. Then, after a few months, standalone admission was introduced in my college, which helped many students get their pending admission.
