Overall its a nice place! If you get top 5 NITs its fine but otherwise you might give a look at our college. The infrastructure is weak but is improving and would be better in a few years from now. Join the college and you'll know it better

Course Curriculum Overview
A bit outdated curriculum as we as IT students have to study some nonrelevant subject in our first years as we have all branches combined taking classes but as we get In our branches it gets better and better.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, it does. Companies come for internships for 3rd-year students in the starting of their 5th semester and the stipend is fairly good and they are also offered pre-placement offers in the internships.
Placement Experience
The placements are decent. Especially for our branch, they are among the best in our college and NITs at the same level. We had the highest CTC of 39.2 lacs and 11 students were selected for it. Apart from it, the average package is around 7 lacs for the college.
College Events
Sports day, cultural fest Recstasy, technical fest Aavishkar, techno-management fest Aarohan, E-summit, Verve are some of the fests. Apart from this, we have NIT-MUN conducted and also many debating and technical events around the year
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is good and categorized according to annual income by MHRD. The college is and surrounding areas are cheap and not too much expenditure. The mess is cheap and accounts for the price it is good.
Fees and Financial Aid
Any bank would provide loan for students in our college as we are in a very reputed college and with a good aspect of placement, banks can have their assurance of getting back their money. We have SBI and Canara banks on our campus. Many scholarships are available.
Campus Life
Extracurricular activities have no end. We have clubs and chapters for people of all domains we have all types of sports in our college. Different events around the year can entertain anyone and everyone.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, the alumni network is huge and helpful. I can say that as a member of the alumni association of our college. Many times we can get a referral for internships and jobs by our senior and we can find seniors in many companies on LinkedIn
Exam Structure
The structure of exams has changed last year. We have 30 marks mid-semester, 50 marks on semester exams and 20 marks for assignments, attendance, tests or quizzes which are conducted. Earlier it was 20 for midterms and 70 for end semester exams.
Admission
Gave JEE Mains, got 11727 rank applied for councilling . This was my 17th choice in the choices list i had. There were 7 rounds and i was lucky to get the seat in the last round or otherwise i would have been in NIT Raipur
Faculty
Amazing. They have great concepts and we can understand every bit in the class saving our time for the extracurricular activities like clubs, fests, etc. The faculty is open to reviews and improvise themselves from time to time to make the curriculum better.
